My experience at this location was excellent. The help at the front desk was superb. Bethany was very thorough in explaining my options and detailed in outlining the steps for collecting a sample. While signing in and waiting my turn, I noticed how patient and kind Bethany was with another customer who was a bit social and lengthy in her stories. :)
My wait time wasn’t very long, maybe it was the time I arrived (about 9 AM).
When I returned to provide a sample, Bethany greeted me again and made the process very swift, clearly informing me of the next steps and when to expect results. I didn’t have much interaction with other employees, but I was greeted by another staff member who was also pleasant. I’m sure these individuals deal with many people every day, and it’s nice to see front desk staff who truly exhibit caring attitudes.

Great group of people working at this location. They are friendly and very professional. The lab at times seems to be under staffed but they make it work. I am from Canada and the staff accomodates. Great Experience every time I go in for a test.

I had excellent care from your phbotomist Lori. She said she always wants people to be comfortable and she did an excellent job with my blood draw. Will recommend this lab.

LORI is amazing!! The other guys open earlier but are completely computerized, no human contact and we were told by a screen prompt it was a two day wait for an appointment for a two minute blood draw so we went down the street. HERE we walked right in at 7, Lori greeted us at the window with a smile, got us right in and helped with the stupid insurance thing we almost stumbled on. Forget those other guys down the street. Labcorp for the win!!

Alway good and punctual! Don’t think they do a great job? Go to Labcorp in Melbourne. They SUCK! I live 5 minutes from the hibiscus labcorp and they are rude, nasty and POS!

It was broken the day of my appointment! No lights, phone, computers. No way to contact people who had appointments!! Many people had already been sent to the other Sebastian location. The woman working was apologetic and kind. The Corporation could care less.Having had this issue before and not fixing it . I wish my insurance company didn't force me to use this company
