Nancy was wonderful!!! I wish I would have found this place sooner! I’m in love with my nails they are soo beautiful and exactly what I wanted. Nancy was fantastic. I this is my new nail home. Don’t listen to any bad reviews because maybe they missed the sign that said if you’re not happy you have three days from the day that you come in to have your nails fixed the way you want them

STAY AWAY!! The place smells like a dirty diaper. One of my gel nails peeled after four days. When I went back in, they told me they do not guarantee their work. I was able to get my one nail redone, however, she continued to holler at me that they don't gurantee their work. This was my first time there and will be the last. There are plenty other salons in Sebastian that are better and cleaner.

whats crazy is I pay 45 dollars for a full set and i call and ask about a fill and color change and they tell me 60 dollars , outrageous ive been coming here for years and years now .. wont ever be returning..

Have been a long time customer 6+ years! My last visit I sat for almost 15 minutes after signing in and no response from anyone. The shop gets worse and worse your prices keep going up and the service keeps going down. The cleanliness of your facility does not get any better either. It’s a shame, but I will never go back again like the many others that have reported on here . There has been a definite decline in business at your shop the past couple of years. It’s a shame you don’t care enough to do better.

The salon used to be excellent. Have been going to this place for over five years. The women in the shop are rude. They ignore you when you come in the overall atmosphere is not good in this salon unfortunately I will not return. It appears from every time I have gone in the last few months they have less than less customers prices keep going up and service keeps going down. Save your money spend it wisely elsewhere.

Only leaving 1 star because I can not leave ZERO! Have only been to Nails So Happy 3 times and I will NOT be returning! Shelby is an EXTREMELY rude individual! Brought my 5 year old daughter in yesterday to have her nails painted for the FIRST TIME and we were very UNWELCOMED there! Absolutely will NOT be back and DO NOT recommend Nails So Miserable!!

Nails NOT So Happy! I was just there for an appointment. Very unwelcoming & unfriendly salon. The woman did not say hello, she looked angry and pissed off! No hello. Instead, she asked what color I want right away! She looked so annoyed and unhappy with my presence! She also did not ask me what type of service I want. She assumed I wanted gel manicure - which I DO NOT. I had to stop her from doing gel on my nails!!! She should never assume a customer wants gel - she should ask first!!! My first nail spa appoint that I DID NOT ENJOY because, the staff was rude, unwelcoming, unfriendly. My first time visiting this salon and I WILL NEVER RETURN AND I WILL NOT RECOMMEND! The salon also looks dirty and sloppy! I was not happy with my service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!
