Called in to see if store could identify warranty remaining on a purchased battery. The manager asked me if he took my phone number when I bought the battery so I answered "yes" assuming he was going to type it in to check the computer....his response was...."no I didn't, I never take anyone's phone number". NAPA in general seems to be a good brand but the manager at this location on 6/22/2022 needs some customer service training. I will not be visiting this store ever again...

Thanks friendly service, I had to buy a couple of hydraulic lines for my zero turn around lawn mower. They made them up for me and I haven't had any problems. Fast friendly service, very knowledgeable employees
