Hours: On The Fly is a clean gas station with excellent service, amazing food, and very helpful, kind staff. The chicken tenders are legit, and the ranch and hot honey Buffalo chicken tender pizza is one of the best. The store is always super clean, including the bathrooms, and smells clean with yummy food aromas. There is an excellent coffee selection, excellent snack selection, and excellent prices on everything, including beer. The gas pumps are quick to fill up the tank. The staff goes out of their way to make fresh food, with phenomenal service. Two women on the overnight shift are awesome and always accommodating. They make fresh hot chicken, potatoes, and plain biscuits, and customers are happy to wait for the hot food. They are very friendly, warm, and wish safe travels. They are true professionals that keep a Marine Veteran family coming back daily. For a late night snack, they are helpful in giving suggestions on what is good. One employee takes a 3 star gas station and turns it into a 5+ star gas station. She preps and cooks mediocre ingredients right, giving fantastic meals like hot and juicy chicken wings, fluffy potato wedges, and a perfect chicken Parm sub. On another night, a different employee made a soggy chicken Parm with cold cheese that was not worth eating.
