Pack Mart is a full-service shipping center that offers quotes from FedEx, UPS, DHL, and USPS. The staff provides helpful assistance with copying, faxing, printing, scanning, and emailing. They also offer notary services, shredding, packing for all types of items, and mailbox rentals with options for package receiving, mail forwarding, and flexible monthly plans. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional staff, especially one employee who consistently goes above and beyond for every customer. Many find the team helpful, responsive, and proactive, making each visit a positive experience. While some note that the hours may not be convenient for those working 9-5, overall, the store is valued for its quick, reliable, and friendly service, making it a trusted local business that feels more like visiting friends than just a shipping center.
