Best place in 50 miles when it comes to the the people vs location

A good place to stay a few nights. The location is great, very close to Sebastian, FL where there's plenty of places to eat, drink, shop, and great music. The park is simple, quiet, and affordable. I wouldn't recommend big rigs as is pretty tight.
