I would give them 10 stars if I could. I had the task of closing a Trust and the PNC branch at 13035 US Hwy 1 in Sebastian could not have been more supportive. Roxanne Simonetti...I owe you a debt of gratitude...your guidance, knowledge and understanding was remarkable. We will have many years of continued service with PNC because of you. The front line tellers...thank you for putting up with all my issues and making the process flawless. Thank you to Branch Manager, Kim Prado for helping get the process done. I just love ya'll....I will never forget the awesome service. I would recommend anyone to this PNC branch. Thank you again for all your time and understanding.

Your address is not secure within the PNC system. Anyone can go to USPS and put in a change of address for you and PNC will automatically change your address. I asked them NOT to change my address, but a United States Postal Service notice takes precedence over customer's request. As a Florida resident with the same address for 8 years, PNC has changed my address three times and could not assure me that they would not change it again. This practice is totally unacceptable for both security measures and in providing seamless customer service.

I’ve been coming to make deposit for my job for a few months now- I love coming and seeing Melany, she’s extremely nice very easy to talk to and gets her job done correctly and fast.Thank you Melany, PNC should be grateful they have an employee like you- it’s hard to find good employees these days! ?

Went in to pay off my parents loan and they took more than what was owed. Not helpfull at all. In these time when kids are helping there parent out they shouldn't have to deal with bad banks taking money that is already tight for some family. Thanks for being so greedy

I have been a customer for 10 years in another state. Never had a problem getting anything notarized. Not here, they would not notarize a document because my daughter did not have an account.
