This review is specifically for Heather and Amber. We had a complicated banking situation recently and had to open new accounts and close ones. These ladies are not only a pleasure to work with but are also professional, courteous and friendly. Highly recommend this branch location of PNC.

I had My Bank Account for probably 2 months, I don’t recommend this bank there really is no benefit for this bank. my “bank teller” was extremely rude and distasteful I forgot her name it wasn’t worth remembering but she looked mid 60s had a stiff bang , harry porter glasses and heel designs in her office that’s the best way to describe that. Horrible customer service was to busy worrying about her personal needs instead of actually doing her job. Do better.

Not very happy with our experience with PNC. we had our truck financed with them and had auto payments set through the PNC site. When we paid off the truck and my PNC account was CLOSED, they still pulled payment. I was told that I had to go onto my account to stop the auto pay, but my account was already closed. Why was the payment still drawn from PNC if my account was closed prior to the payment date? Will not be dealing with this bank ever again, lots of hassle to get nothing done!

Sebastián PNC bank is excellent, I have my mortgage and my checking account from 18 years ago and they always help me with my bank necessities, they have an excelente customer services.
