This is the worst Publix in the area! The other two are much better with more cashiers opened and better experience. This one has some bad management or something. They never have enough cashiers opened and the lines are so long here! So long! They do not think about their customers at all. Sometimes there is some bad attitude from some of their employees in Deli, the young ones. Diane, Sue, Vicky, and Tiffany are nice. The older employees are nice, the younger ones have bad attitudes and do not care, might be the same issue with management here too. Overall, it is not the best Publix to shop at and the checkout lines are always way too long, you wait longer to pay than to shop, they need to put some self checkout here like they have in Vero. If you want a good supermarket experience, go to one of the other Publix, this one has issues.

After years at Walgreens I finally made the jump. What a relief! Professional, efficient, knowledgeable people. So refreshing! Why would anyone go anywhere else?

This is now the fourth Publix Pharmacy in the State of Florida I have used since 2014. I can say with 100% confidence that across-the-board these are the rudest, most sarcastic, unfriendly, unhelpful, unprofessional, argumentative, condescending, and judgmental people I have ever experience in my 51 years. I just changed to this Publix however after one day I am done with this organization. Calling, complaining, customer care, managers, nothing works they simply do not care and you are simply cattle to them so glad I am making this decision.

There is an older woman who works behind the counter of the pharmacy (and not the pharmacist) who appears to not enjoy working with people. This is the second time I have felt that I inconvenienced her by asking a question. She belittled me again. She is in the wrong career field.

The produce is not been fresh this whole year. They’re always out of stock of things I need. The only decent thing about the store is the employees.

This is the best Publix I have visited. The place is clean and the employees are helpful and friendly. The Boar's Head cold cuts and cheese are fresh. The produce are and the shelves are well stocked. Their sourdough baguette is the best and usually sells out before noon. Checking out can sometimes take a while if someone has a big order. It would be great if they had self check-out lanes as I have seen them at other Publix supermarkets. Besides the sourdough bread, rarely do I leave without finding everything I wanted. Great selection and well stocked.

This store always has the most pleasant employees. The assistant manager Scott Smith was very knowledgeable about all of the products in his store . I found the store very organized & extremely clean . I love how they display their sale items & make the displays so Interesting & creative . They are so fun to look at . Highly recommend the Publix on Barber street .

what a beautiful store. personally i do not care for the bakery bread and sweets. I am surprised i have to walk through the Publix employees cigarette smoke to get to the door.

VICKY- the worst employee of the century. I could tell you a list of things she did wrong and I will- 1.) she was incredible rude start to finish with customer experience through the tone of her voice to her belittling a customer. 2.) she didn't want to do anything she was asked to do from "not having helium/ in her day" to "I can't blow up a balloon due to liability reasons" If I wasn't so busy making a birthday or the fact that the bakery depart apologized for her behavior I would have spoke to the manager I can tell you full heartily she is not willing or wanting to work for Publix and if she continues she will do damage to the Publix brand and personal store location. She is what we call (tired) and if I was a manger of that location would fire her before she does anymore harm or at-least watch her behavior. Thanks hopefully this helps.
