The Public grocery store chain are all very nice stores. Always clean and neat. Meats look great. Publix is not the low cost provider but buy using their app and you get good deals.

This store has been on steady decline for years. Just getting worse. The deli is a joke under staffed and under trained. More focus should be put on making sure that the departments that are the busiest are given more support (like the deli.) In stead of a bunch of “managers” in the front of the store trying to micro manage everybody regardless if they actually work for publix. They should be more concerned about supporting the deli being able to fulfill online, insacart, and shipt orders on time. Instead they rather harass costumers that they see double bagging some of the heavier loads. They have a few great employees, but some really bad apples that are on a power trip. One of the “floor dictators” she knows who she is. Has went to the extreme of messing with in curbside orders and removing any double bagging regardless if the costumer requested double bagging. Then that Shipt shopper is left with the bad review that affects their income.

I have to say their deli department has the nicest employees. They are the busiest department and yet they’re always the most helpful and friendly. I am a little frustrated that sometimes there are certain items I normally buy and they don’t have them at this Publix.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE DELI !!! this has got to be the worst deli within 3 counties I would rather go to fort pierce deli than here.. the rest of the store is amazing but at least over 10 times now me and my family has come here and the hot case is always terrible old food and never stocked and always have to leave and drive across town just because how bad it is. It’s a shame the deli is so bad it makes us not want to go back to the store. And employees are never willing to cook what we need even when offering to wait an excuse is always made. Do better in the deli and make sure food is available.
