SEBASTIAN
GRAMMAR SCHOOL
This building served the children of Sebastian as their Grammar School from 1927 until 1981. It then served the City as City Hall until 2004. Since then it has been historically restored and now serves the City as the site of the Sebastian Historical Museum and a campus for Indian River
State College.

If you want a city that will force you to pay more for garbage with less service and higher rates, this is the city for you. If you also want the city to not take any responsibility for issues they caused and did not maintain, this is also the city for you!

Nice place very helpful. Would be nice if they had someone to answer calls during working hours. Most phone calls go to voicemail and not a live person. City workers should carry a Mobil device

The idiots on our City Council just approved a rate increase for Waste Management, despite horrible service and numerous complaints. Again, WM has missed a regular pickup and does not respond to our complaints! We will be cancelling our account with WM at the end of the month.

This is the location of the Sebastian River Art Club. Art classes and exhibits are held here. It's a cozy location in one corner of the building. The people were very friendly and welcoming. They were hosting an exhibition focusing on the river and wildlife of the area especially the birds. Refreshments were offered including some wonderful chocolate- covered cookies. If you're interested in art, stop by and visit.
