Owner was extremely rude on the phone over a membership misunderstanding. I thought my financial information had been on file and would automatically charge my account when I swiped my membership card. He even had the nerve to call out where I’m from and use it to grill me. Guess he’d rather have me pay for a day pass than a Non-Commitment membership for the rest of the month.

We traveled in from Utah to visit our kids going to flight school in vero. We met the owner and he was awesome. The gym is super clean the staff is incredibly nice and everyone using the gym cleans equipment after each use. Everyone is respectful. We will most definitely be back to this gym every time we come to town to visit our kids. It is refreshing to see pride of ownership.Can’t wait to come back!Jenny PaceFarmington Utah

These people will rob you blind. Moved out of state and was charged 3 times in one month, $170. Can not cancel so unless you plan on going for the rest of your life do not sign up.

I've been coming to Sebasian Gym, whenever I come to visit my family here, for many years. The gym is never super crowded but is always filled with people who are serious about working out, the atmosphere is good, and the equipment is well maintained. Unlike some gyms (like mine at home) everybody racks their weights and cleans the machines when they are done with them. Today we went in to do a day pass and the person at the counter was outstanding, helpful, and gave us excellent service. I know there are a bunch of gyms in the area, but this is my favorite and I work out every day, wherever I travel.

I absolutely LOVE Sebastian Gym and Fitness! Amazing staff… Micki and Chris will go above and beyond for their members. Sonia is Awesome!! Trainers are always there to lend a helping hand!! Our son loves the Kids Club! Overall an amazing place to workout and has become our second home!

I initially started coming here in summer of 2021 and did not receive a copy of my contract prior to signing up and was unaware of the exit clause. I was also unaware of the auto renewal as I was previous told my membership was month to month when I asked about what type of membership I had when I called-in. When I tried canceling, I was told that I couldn’t after November. I asked Sonya about freezing my membership and she said they didn’t offer that, to later find out THAT THEY DO.

Unprofessional Management cancelled my membership without breaking ANY posted Gym Rules or documented reasons (ie used slanderous, false accusations WITHOUT fact finding the TRUTH). Rudely would not return the initiation or monthly fee. Management is fueled by rude, arrogant and improperly trained business personnel and site manager (ie, teenagers) that like to Gossip and ruin an otherwise good business! RUDE Female manager is nasty and breaks COVID health rules to get in your face to tell her Lies and Fantasy. When I asked for facts and evidence...she spewed nasty lies & slander. Once was a decent business with the prior ownership.....

The owner and staff are the most unfriendly people I have ever met. There are signs around the gym saying if you don't know how to use a machine ask. I asked and got an eye roll from the owner. Wow! I am from out of town and visiting for a month. The worst gym experience I have ever had.
