I have been using Sebastian Quality Storage for over a year now, and in that time, since, day one, Shadia has been so great helping me with all my needs! Shadia was so knowledgeable about setting up my account and made everything so easy to understand, it made the process seamlessly simple. I did it all online, in a matter of minutes, and Shadia sent all the documents quickly getting me into a unit in less than 10 minutes, from start to finish. Since then, I've rented a second unit for my business and again, Shadia took care of everything after a simple phone call. She really has been kind and professional, something that seems to be forgotten in today's world. I highly recommend this place! They have great rates, new customer discounts, and the BEST customer service reps, like Shadia!

Sebastian Quality Storage is THE BEST facility I have ever worked with. In a pinch, I needed a storage unit & everywhere was full or the rates were astronomical. I found this hidden gem and they were able to get me in right away with a very reasonable price that I was happy with! The facility is extremely clean, as well! It served my purpose & when I was able to readjust, they made the move-out process a breeze! Shadia, the Facility Manager was kind, communicated well and truly made you feel like family! Having rented many storage units over the years, this was by far the best experience I have ever had. Moving is never fun, but she made the experience so easy in & out. It was an absolute pleasure to work with her! If I ever need storage again, this is going to be my first call! Highly recommended!!! Professional, compassionate - I cannot say enough good things! They deserve 10 stars! Thank you, Shadia & Sebastian Quality Storage!!!

Tabby, Dan & Sebastian Quality Storage are very responsive and are great to deal with!! We have multiple storage units there. They are always finding new ways to improve their services!! They now offer easier unit access and direct payment processing. I highly recommend!!
