I understand that is their policy but still disappointing.”

“I have rented from many storage facilities for the past 40 years. I have to say this is the cleanest and best lit facility I have ever seen. The management personnel are curious and helpful. I noticed the maintenance man washes and cleans the units before they rent em. Very nice facility and I’m happy to say so. Enjoy”
