I love this bank. I used to go to a different bank and I was lucky if the teller would even look at me. But with SCCU not only do they know my name they great me with a warm smile. I will never change banks

This is the 4th time I went through the drive through and it's closed after 5pm. Online and I asked in person before for hours which says 6pm. They denied it closes early. Nobody is there answering the drive through. Service is terrible, when you address this with them there more Interested in selling a car loan than Listening to what time or day this happen

This is the second crappy credit union review today. Called space Coast about opening accounts and applying for business loan, they try to get me to take a vehicle on. It sounds like all of their customer service representatives are overseas in India or some other foreign country. WTH is happening with the good old customer service type banks?

This bank is absolutely awful! After banking with them for several years and growing famous withhackers and scammers constantly on my back, the bank knew of my constant suspicions of fraudulent activity. I would come in person weekly to check business accounts etc for activity, even had the news in to question the bank on my financial activities at the Request of the city of Sebastian. I had made 2 separate over the phone purchases in which I was suspicious of the employee on the other end of the phone. I went in person to the bank and requested on 2 separate occasions for my debit card to be closed lllllland issue me a new one. Apparently, they never closed out the old debit cards and just like my suspicions confirmed xfinity with no permission of mine cleaned my account over the course of 9 months. Apparently the lady issuing me free government services stole my I information and opened a cellular account in my name.

Customer service is very friendly but I would love to see them redo mobile banking. The mobile app is difficult to use and glitchy. Not sure who I would contact about that.

Attempted to pull out money from an ATM and there is a $500 limit which is normal but usually you can call and raise the limit. According to space coast they don't have that option it's strictly a $500 limit. Never thought I would be told I can't take my own money. DROPPED

Had a issue with my moms account ,walked right in and was helped immediately. Micheal has been great. Great communication and very pleasing to deal with. Made me and my mom very comfortable during the transactions. Thank you Micheal.

The Sebastian location has horrible customer service! I have been a customer for over 20 years and the last two times I have been here they are short and rude!
