Progress goes forward not backwards. After the merger the tellers and the time to cash a check can take up to 15 minutes or even longer. This is unacceptable.

Worst bank experience I've ever had; This person was rude, arrogant and racist. His attitude was offensive towards me! She was on a site called Pamela and she told me her name was Robbie H. She doesn't know how to work with the public.

Was accused of Fraud and Money laundering by staff when they were SunTrust. Normally staff was friendly was able to bring in support dog to get treat.

What is the point of having an ATM and switching from suntrust to truist iF the ATM is not AVAILABLE TO BE USED FOR SUNTRUST CARDS.

After going to several banking institutions trying to find a my deceased mother's banking accts, I went to Suntrust. I had all legal documents, that was exactly what all banks require. The woman at Suntrust could NOT be bothered. She said leave it n we'll send to our legal dept. I tried to explain, she cut me off, I'm the only one here. How did that become my problem?

Suntrust has the worst customer service in the banking business. They don't honor grandfathered in accounts, their customer service agents are rude, and their online banking errors seem to occur monthly. I have already taken my mortgage away from this bank. I will soon be moving my account. This bank has become fee happy and is not the bank I joined in 2000. Corporate doesn't care as they no longer have a working phone number for customers to complain to. Stay away from this bank!

I went to go pay my boyfriend's father's mortgage. I asked them to look up the account by name and wouldn't even attempt to look anything up...even though he has an account there. The woman didn't even put two fingers on the keyboard. I had cash in hand to pay. Terrible customer service.
