What a fabulous source of knowledge about how to grow food organically in Florida. After years of receiving great advice, we are proud to say we have created our own food forest with many herbs, fruit trees and edibles, pollinator plants and sustainable and regenerative practices. There is nothing like eating fresh from your own garden; but you really need guidance in the tropics. Highly recommend.

As an event producer for the past 20 years, I can confidently share that your experience at Kashi will be an enjoyable, enriching and memorable one for you and your entire group. They have the most delicious vegetarian food, clean and comfortable accommodations, 80 acres of nature and a plethora of activities to offer. This is my second time attending a retreat at Kashi and there will be more in the future because the staff is so wonderful to work with, all very professional, kind and focused on service above all else. You won't be disappointed!

An inclusive environment where everyone is welcomed. The grounds are peaceful and beautiful. The food is the best vegetarian food I have ever tasted! Come on a Saturday and you can take a tour, try a Kali Natha yoga class and stay for dinner. Worth checking out!

Kashi Ashram is an interfaith ashram located in Sebastian, FL. On the grounds are various temples around a lake. There is a Labyrinth here. There is also a boardwalk. Peaceful grounds. Best time to visit the Ashram is any Saturday. There is a walking tour of the ashram at 3pm followed by a group yoga class at 4pm. At 5pm is a lovely dinner that costs $17. Much of the food is grown on the ashram land as the majority of the land is permaculture. The food here is spot on as is all vegetarian & mostly vegan w/ items labeled vegan. After the dinner is a program w/ chanting & usually a lecture. Well worth checking out as some folks have even driven up from Miami to go here!

Truly an oasis for the Spirit. So serene, beautiful and peaceful. Kashi is an incredible place to be immersed in nature, to experience beautiful interfaith Temples, and get familiar with many Spiritual traditions. Sunday market was spectacular with wonderful vendors, incredibly delicious and super affordable lunch, and fun music! We will definitely be back :) Thank you Kashi Ashram for creating this beautiful space.

My visit to Kashi was no less than magical. The love contained in this sacred land was like a wave that washed over me, cleansing and nourishing me from the inside out. I was received with open arms and hearts, included in a beautiful ceremony, and fed with food that was made with prayers and blessings infused in every bite. I would recommend Kashi to anyone seeking an inward journey back to love, and the nourishment of nature, friendship, spirituality, and real food. Thank you Kashi
