We had to change cell phone carriers as Florida does not have an US Cellular businesses. We met Kira when we went in for pricing. We have been loyal to our carrier for over 20 years. Kira was very helpful. However when we tried to get everything squared away with US Cellular, it was a nightmare. Phones were paid in full but not unlocked in the time frame they stated they would be. Delvin at T-Mobile when out of his way to helps us. We literally had no phones at all until our old carrier unlocked them. Delvin had them call him and had us come back later that day. He walked us through EVERYTHING! Delvin especially and Kira went above and beyond. We got such a great deal! We have never paid so little for phone service. We checked out Verizon and AT&T before making our decision. We have had great service so far with no surprises. I am very happy with how my new service is being handled. T-Mobile is even paying off the majority of our old phones to change to them. Now I am again waiting for US Cellular to do their job and giving me my final bill to submit to T-Mobile. There are fabulous employees at the Sebastian branch. Walter even helped me with a question. Great place!

The worst Don't believe it when they tell you you will get a gift card to pay off your old carrier when you sign up with them. We have waited 4 months and nothing. Thats after jumping through every hoop. I wish I never left Verizon. T-Moble is a low rate scam and after all was said and done we pay the same as we were paying at Verizon this company is worthless and I have nothing positive to say above the employees, Fish stinks from the head as they say.

When trying to get a warranty replacement phone which was sent to them by t mobile corporate they refused to honor it because of peeled screensaver saying it was damaged and wanted me to use my phone insurance which was 100.00 called t mobile corporate and they replaced my phone and sent it to me free of charge will not ever do business with them again

Three workers and only 1 working. Let after 15 minutes because there were only 2 customers...myself and one other being helped. The other 2 workers were doing nothing.

I would never go to this location again. I feel like I get scammed everytime I come in. They are not honest upfront and just try and make a sale. My phone was suppose to be free and it wasn't. They tell you everything is great up front then your bills just keep going up.

Another very sad part, T-Mobile store. They should spend a little less money advertising in a little more money on customer service at the stores. They’re very unhelpful and rude and they act like they don’t even want to be there.

We were treated so poorly we went down the street to Verizon. Where they gave us twice as much for our phones. If you need to deal with T-Mobile go to Vero where they act professionally The customer representative Supervisor on line stated out loud on speaker phone that the manager was making a poor decision. She was all about being right at any cost. The staff is for the most part very unpleasant. We had T-Mobile for at least four or five years. Now we have Verizon. They fixed us. When we first got our phones, the manager, there was a really good guy, personable and knew his stuff.

The afternoon staff was condescending and rude. They had bad attitudes and could not even make eye contact. Very unprofessional. I suggest that you go in earlier when the store manager is on shift. She is very helpful. I recommend that you shop at another store.

Employees there don’t have no nice attitude they have a bad attitude you ask them for something they tell you know you got a call the one 800 number even if you explain to them what’s going on and when you call customer care they told me to go in there and they still don’t want to help me they say that I still have to call customer care the lady that was there was not even able to see her name because she has a sweater and she’s talking really soft and going oh I can’t help you it’s nothing showing up you have to call one800 number will never go to the store again I would not send anybody there

Went in to pick up my warranty replacement and the guy behind the counter said it wasn't there. Talked to customer care who said it was delivered and Caroline the manager signed for it but he refused to help me and was told to come back tomorrow. He wasn't wearing a name badge so I don't know his name but his customer service was horrible. I got the feeling he simply didn't want to deal with it so I have to make another trip almost 30 min out of my way because he was being lazy.

Went to get help with changing SIM card that is required as I was with Sprint. Evidently I lost the SIM tray when trying to do this myself. The guy that helped me said NOTHING COULD BE DONE SINCE I DIDN’T HAVE THE TRAY! I asked, nothing? and he said YES. A day or two later I went online and found one that fits my phone and ordered it. What a complete J****
