I went to ship a package off February 19. There was an older white gentleman that helped me. He was very very rude. I asked him if there was anyway possible he could put a fragile sticker on my box and he replied No! At a high tone and asked him why he couldn’t and his reply was it won’t matter anyway like what in the hell is this world coming to? This ups sucks!!! Not to mention that they broke a 1000 item of mine also and have yet to receive my funds back!

Had a box to return to Amazon. When I walked in the store was buzzing with people and I was concerned about wait time. However, the manager had a separate line for returns to Amazon ! Everything was efficient and pleasant! Great experience!!

The staff is incredible. I drive 20 min here as they are friendly. Supportive, and damn good at what they do. Great teamwork. And they do about anything that needs to move and isn’t human. It’s a true example of a well run business as workers are doing top customer service with ease and joy! B

Worst customer service, guy wanted to charge me $1.07 for a strip of tape to seal my box which was a return to Amazon. I have never paid. All Amazon asks you to take the old lable off. The person at the counter should have gladly put on the 18 inches of tape after I waited 20 minutes in a long line. Tape is not that expensive to be charging $1.07 for 18" your greed cost you a customer and bad feedback. Even if you have to seal every package that comes in. You write it off at the end of the year on your taxes anyway. Poor customer service and management.

Very impressed with the service. During the Holiday rush, with the line to the door at times, I watched the UPS staff maneuver flawlessly, quickly, and best of all, in a positive and friendly way. Looks like they're expanding their printing services. I was there for a non-typical print request, and Lance stayed with it until done. Not my first visit, and definitely not my last.

Lance Evans was hands down the most polite and helpful person I have EVER had in all my visits to any UPS store from Florida to Colorado. He eased my holiday anxiety over the holiday items I was shipping at a late date!! His smile is most contagious and his ability to get anything handled was appreciated. This young man has the potential to be one of your best employees and I wanted to make that known.

I have had a personal mailbox at this location for over three years since we moved to Sebastian. I visit this location at least twice a week to check my mailbox. Stopped by today for an Amazon return. It was a large box so I didn't want to use the self return. Had to wait for someone to come from the back to help those up front. Long story short, I guess tape is about .98 a foot? I ran out of tape at home and only had one piece holding the box closed. Two more pieces a foot long each would be more than sufficient. I can afford it, I'm just aggravated about being nickeled and dime'd more and more everyday? I would hope they are getting paid to process these returns and didn't think a couple pieces tape would add that much to their overhead. Lesson learned don't expect a little over and above from this location.

Amazing service, the clerks are always super helpful and cheerful. I am a frequent customer here with tons of Amazon returns and the staff is extremely patient even when my phone is slow pulling up return scans. This is my go to store for greeting cards also, as their selection is top notch for funny birthday cards, and any card you need they have it!!

I love this store. BUT.... just witnessed the Owner refuse to give a customer one piece of tape for a box. Refused. Said he could buy a roll of tape. Crappiest thing I have seen in a long time. The new normal here.Look for another store .
