I love this Walgreens store. Clean store and well stocked. Nice people work there… thank you to them! Always find what I need and fun holiday section … gotta have it! Nice to have a small store like Walgreens - keep smiling!

I really wish I could give this store a zero star every time I go into purchase items that I have a coupon downloaded for on my phone it never takes it off and I have to go through this big rigmarole just to use the coupons this is the only store in Sebastian that this happens to it doesn't happen at any of the other Walgreens in Sebastian or Vero Beach I will not be going back to the store

Submitted pharmacy order to be delivered and it was not delivered in the 3 days indicated. I picked it up after waiting 5+ days and was told that Fedex didn't pick it up and I should contact them to get my $4 shipping back.

Went tonight was there 20 mins before closing doors were locked ? Myself and other customers were at the door wondering why for 15 mins . I left . Don't understand this .

I really wish I could give this pharmacy ZERO stars. I started using them back in 2001 and had horrible experience but decided to stay with them bc they were closer to home. Well my insurance changed and i had to start using Walmart. Never an issue. Then my insurance changed again a few years later and went back to Walgreens. Another issue. So i decided to use the one located on US1 which is a bit of a drive. Fast forward to TODAY…. My provider called in an antibiotic for me and I asked him to send it to this 512 pharmacy since I wasnt feeling good and didn’t want to make the drive all the way to US1. I log into my app and it says my med is ready for pickup…. I have the option of getting it delivered to me for about $8.. mind you my RX was about $3 but at this point I didn’t care.. I just wanted my RX and avoid the drive. I get a call from the pharmacist Lea (I believe is her name) at 7:12pm to tell me that my RX can’t be delivered bc it’s out of the time frame for delivery. Ummm excuse me?! I requested for my RX to be delivered before 4pm. I’m sorry but this pharmacy has idiots who are clearly not doing their job and checking the status of request. So what do I do? Get in my car and drive to meet with these lovely people at Walgreens. Well… I get there and the girl up at the front who seems like her life is so miserable is yelling at me bc she can’t hear what my last name is. I repeated myself about 4 times and even spelled it out to her. She finally got it. Verified my address and threw my RX in the bin and pushed it out to me. Anywho… I think I rather make the drive next time. I should have learned my lesson. It’s been years since I last went there and today I learned that, that place hasn’t changed, still miserable and not doing THEIR JOB!

Everytime I call I hold for 20 or more minutes for pharmacy. They pick up and put you on hold literally 14 times! Then when they answer they are rude! Additionally they gave had the prescription since 2/22/24 and haven't even filled it until I now call on 2/28/24 but told my mother's doctor's office that it has been ready since 2/22/24. She had such a nasty attitude! If you dont like the job why work there?!?!?! You are dealing with sick or elderly people, it's a pharmacy! Wonder if they would like their parents being treated that way or their children! DO BETTER WALGREENS!

Came in 4PM to pickup pictures and and waited at photo counter for 10 minutes watching employees walking around, unpack boxes and look at me. But I guess none of them worked in photo because they all ignored me, so I finally gave up and left. Will definitely try a different store next time.

Place is a Brick & Mortar HIPPA violation.Depending on what you're prescribed and what you look like determines your service, if at all.Upset or offend them in any way and you can forget about any medications.They know how to abuse their system, and they will.Try any other pharmacy first. They get paid hourly with no oversight and they don't want to deal with you people anyway.

Had to wait a long time. I was first in line. I was seen by several workers but not acknowledged. We had received 3 calls saying the prescription was ready only to be told it hadn't been authorized. I had to travel 30 minutes to pick this script up. The pricing compared to Walmart and Publix is way out of line too. We have transferred all of our scripts out of this place. This place earned a 2 star out of kindness.

My wife's dr. sent in a prescription at 1:30 in the afternoon and flagged it as rush. We went in to check on it during the evening and it was not ready. They are filling it in Orlando and it "should" be in the next day at 1:00. It didn't show today so now we wait another day. Apparently they are filling many or most prescriptions centrally in Orlando instead of in-store. This affects all Walgreens, not just this location.

Don't even bother TRYING to get a Rx filled here. When I showed up at the drive through there were only two cars in line. After waiting 15 minutes and the first car was still waiting, I decided to go inside instead. When I got inside to the the pharmacy there was a HUGE line, the last person in line looked at me like he'd already been waiting endlessly as well. This is not the first time. The only reason I even considered going here again is because it's only 2 minutes from my house. So NOT worth it! I'll drive the extra 1 mile and go to Publix from now on.

Sad that I have to review a pharmacy to make people aware of the problems. I understand they are busy and short staffed, underpaid, etc. but that's no reason to be rude to customers.
I gave them a call today to check on my medication from my doctor, I was calling 3 hours after my doctor sent the order, I sat in the phone for 10 mins before someone picked up then the person answering my call told me it was going to be ready tomorrow after 11 AM, I asked if they can have it ready tonight, she asked me to wait that she was transferring me to another person then sat on for another 10 minutes, finally they told me it was going to be ready at 7PM. I was at the drive thru window after 7 PM, the lady was by the computer and ignore me, I waited for 5 minutes before she acknowledges me with a bad attitude (like you are bothering me), I have to wait another 5 minutes for her to return with the medication and the same attitude.
Obviously looking at the reviews I guess corporate hasn’t picked up on it yet or they don’t care.
I have been a pharmacy customer for years but it's time to go to another pharmacy.

I really like this walgreens, the staff are always very friendly and helpful in my experience of going there. The pharmacy is not the nicest but the other staff that i’ve encountered are very nice. I go here all the time and i’ve never had any trouble with getting what i need. It is clean and very well stocked.
