Terrible pharmacy gosh should have looked at the rating before. Walkin in there gave me the run around for my medication from the urgent care not only this ...the lady from the drive through was such an unfriendly Karen .. please don't waist your time going to this pharmacy thats a terrible pharmacy

Revised, do not go here! NO HELP, DID NOT GIVE ME THE RIGHT RX. DICOVERED MILES AWAY WITH NO WAY TO RESOLVE IT!!!! I went for an rx, in from out of town. I didn't have any trouble, friendly helpful staff

Their pharmacist, especially, needs training in customer relations and the laws governing the medical field. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT INTO A WALGREENS AGAIN. The people in charge of the personnel in Orlando would not return my call. So there you have it. Another company that does not care about their customers.

This pharmacy needs to improve their customer service. Not once or twice but on multiple occasions they have failed to fill my prescription.. When you call and finally get a human on the other end it makes no difference - they cannot find your prescription and you have to call your doctor’s office to resubmit ! I’m moving on from this place !

I would give the Pharmacy at this Wallgreens zero stars if I could. I booked a covid shot for today at 11 am. So I drive 18 miles to get to this location and the pharmacy WAS CLOSED. So why are they booking appointments? One of the workers told me to come back later, yah I am going to drive another 36 mile trip. I have had this happen to me before at my local Wallgreens when I went to pick up a script and they were closed during the weekday all day. WALLGREENS CAN NO LONGER BE TRUSTED.

The worst Walgreens I have ever seen. I picketed up an inhaler. Got home aopened the bag. The box was open and someone had tried to put the inhaler together. I took it back to the pharmacy. They accused me of doing it. I told them I did not want the inhaler because it was open. The African American lady was so rude. She told me to go some place else and get it that they could not get them for me again. I am 83 years old and never been treated so bad.

When you call because they filled an old prescription, not the most recent prescription, should you be on hold almost an hour- without anyone picking up the phone?Constantly out of medication. They've been only been able to fill my insulin (which I'm dependent on) once since November, and they didn't even fill the correct prescription when they did.Every month they have delays on filling mental health meds for my child, haven't been able to get my diabetic supplies for months- but can buy them out of pocket on Amazon.Staff won't help in finding you a location that does have your meds, they're rude and condescending. Today I was told that because of a new policy preventing them from keeping any name brand medications on site, I should find a new pharmacy.

It seems you have to be rude to work at this location. Never seen employees talk to customers that way and it has happened everytime I went there so I had to transfer my prescription so I'd never have to deal with them again. Worst Walgreens in Indian River and Brevard!!

This store and pharmacy offers a variety of products to meet several needs. The pharmacy is usually busy with short waits most visits. Staff are helpful and informative. Great place for vaccinations covered by insurance.

Truley horrible service in the pharmacy. Rude don't care about customers. To much corporate greed to hire help. Never answer phone, so I have to make 6 trips a months to get my prescriptions ready and about 3 or 4 more trips to pick them up every month. These are very cmmon medications I have been taking for years. Over the past year or so this store is in really bad shape and I would be embarassed to work there. Im switching to a local Pham. next to Quest. They are great.

We found local Walgreens pharmacies are prone to mistakes and slow service. .My complaint is not with the employees, but with management, who refuse to hire more people to help their seriously under staffed pharmacy departments.

I called, to speak to a manager and an employee told me to call back!( WHAT) in 20mins because the manager was counting money.! First of all that is not my problem, and I do not think that the employee who told me to call back has very good customer service ? So sad.

Its a walgreens. Its clean, they have a bit of everything, not too crowded. Prices are what you would expect from a walgreens.
