Drive thru ATM has been broke since before Christmas. Why even have it if you don’t plan on fixing it?

I want to know why the only Wells Fargo within 20 miles of my house has a drive thru and a walk up ATM and both are out of service. This is not satisfactory for older residents who had a bank right in their development closed down. This bank is the only option with out driving a half an hour to go to a bank. And neither ATM works. This bank deserves zero stars for customer service. Totally unsatisfactory.

We’ve been banking with Wells Fargo since it was Wachovia, bad enough they closed the branch in Barefoot Bay, didn’t even leave us with an ATM, now we're forced to go to the nearest Wells Fargo which happens to be this branch. The drive-up ATM seems to never be available and in working condition, now today the regular ATM was down. Seriously folks? This is a major bank, it’s the only branch in town. Honestly get it together Wells Fargo! Ridiculous.

I always loved to bank with Wells Fargo but after this I don’t and I recommend no one to bank with them!! I had my bank closed down for a little mistake someone else did with a check, I tried explaining to them what had happened that the company who gave me the check did a mistake on it and it wasn’t my fault ??♀️ I had nothing to do with it I just received my check, when I was transferred to talk to the fraud department or whatever it’s called they treated me with rudeness he didn’t want to hear my explanation he just mumbled something and put me on hold for 5 secs and came back on and said they would still closed down my account I’m 8 months pregnant so when he hung up the phone I cried to my husband it was a very stressful week for both of us because we had no money and had bills to get payed so unprofessional!!!! they should have looked in their account of the company instead of closing my account and now there charging fees which I will not be paying because it’s ridiculous!!!!! The same company gave me a different check and I deposit it waited and it went through but they still closed down my account for the first mistake check.. they won’t respond to this review they only respond to good reviews ?

Very friendly and usually quick. Parking/atm is a little odd but overall a good location. We need a second wells fargo in town

Branch managers and tellers need to learn at this bank how to politely address and deal with customers . Their lack of proper communication easily causes confusion from not knowing there are no fees for cashing a Florida lottery check. If they had know this all the inconvenience we had to go through calling the Florida lottery head quarters to explain this to us and be on the phone while we had to explain this to them causing a scene for nothing. When my kid mom first walked in and they should have looked at the check and known just from the check clearly stating it with the logo on it the tellers should have said to my kid mom there is no fee to cash this check instead telling her we have to run the check to see if there is a fee which of course would have made anyone hesitant to not give them the check to run . It's just proper communication that saves uneccassary actions . Get it together in this bank and be more respectful and considerate

Like most banks, you can almost find a branch near by. I have to go Manhattan to find a branch when l am in Brooklyn. I was in Florida and needed to make a pit stop. As soon as l walked in the Branch Manager met me at the door. We had a brief conversation that was very informative and l was quite happy. She saved me a few dollars as well. The tellers were helpful and met all of my needs. I was very pleased and glad l went to the Sebastian Branch, and no lines. I will be back.

I always have a good experience at this Wells Fargo everyone is super nice I only come by once a month through the drive-thru and they always remember me I have a white pickup truck so common yet they all remember me don't know what everybody else is talking about but I get extremely wonderful service and always with a smile
