The same issues keep happening over and over at the Sebastian location. You can't use the stop checkout line because when you go to pay with your over-the-counter insurance card they have to avoid out the whole transaction. Take it up to the register where the person standing and has to ring it all over again so you can never get out of there quickly if you have to you soon. Self-service line. The other issue is they're daily closes early, always closes early. They're back there. The food is still out, but they won't serve you after. I think 5:00 don't serve you. It's ridiculous how early they close and you have to check your receipt this store. You always have to check your receipt. I don't know why it's just this winn dixie. I shop other Winn-Dixie's and don't seem to have an issue. You have to check your receipt because you're either be double charged overcharged or you won't get a bogo and if you're sure that the price that you are telling them is correct, take the tag off the shelf and bring it with you because they won't believe you and they'll send somebody back there and it usually takes forever. Another issue with this store, things take forever

I went in during lunch (11-12) today for some fried chicken. I told the lady what I wanted and she went on doing everything but putting the fried chicken in the fryer. This was the second time this week I came in and no chicken was ready. If a store has something on their ad they should have it available unless the product was out of stock. This is no way to run a business.

I know it is the way of the world with the self check outs. Honestly I can see why humans are becoming more aggressive. Interaction with others is important. Point in cash the only cashier you have working just walked off and no one knew. So others were trying to locate her while the young lady at customer service had to spin around and become the main cashier. Why would someone walk off. Well because you can check yourself out.

Always good until go go back to the deli where they sell fried chicken wings. People just help themselves and don't pay for what they ate. Unbelievable

Only self checkout after 6:00 pm. It wouldn't be bad if they actually made the area to checkout the groceries big enough to hold them. They are very small. Additionally, their produce is awful (when they actually have it in stock). Even though it's more expensive I have to go to Publix for better and fresher produce.

Two clueless older women at deli counter! I stood there for almost 10 minutes before they even acknowledged me and asked for my order...then finally I asked for a pastrami sub and she said no pastrami because it's frozen???!!! Manager comes by and tells them to take my order but minutes ago by and they just keep doing other things...I just left... we spend hundreds at this store..is this really the best they can do? Very sad what has happened to good customer service

Just a quick trip in. The store was nice and clean. Found what I was looking for easily. Had a very pleasant experience at the service desk with Charlie checking me out and getting me lottery.

I recently moved to Sebastian and needed to transfer my GoodRx prescriptions to a new pharmacy. Winn-Dixie on Sebastian Blvd happened to be the closest one to my new location. Unfortunately, my experience with their pharmacy was absolutely terrible, leaving me frustrated and disappointed.Upon changing my location in the GoodRx app and receiving confirmation that my prescription had been successfully transferred to Winn-Dixie, I visited their pharmacy for the first time. To my dismay, I was greeted by an arrogant and unhelpful manager who appeared too busy to be bothered with understanding my simple request to move my pharmacy to this location. Instead of assisting me, he rudely instructed me to call my doctor and promptly sent me away.Undeterred, I returned to Win-Dixie on three more occasions, hoping for some progress with my prescription. However, each time I was met with the same dismissive attitude from the manager. It seemed as though he had no interest in being helpful or taking the time to comprehend my request. This lack of empathy and understanding was incredibly frustrating and left me feeling ignored and unimportant. After an entire week of struggling to get any assistance, I made yet another visit to Win-Dixie. Without us even uttering a word, the manager yelled from across the pharmacy, "I GOT NOTHING FOR YOU," seemingly attempting to embarrass us. This behavior was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.Thankfully, an assistant manager finally intervened and took the time to understand our situation. They realized that we were GoodRx customers and promptly filled our order within ten minutes. It was a relief to finally receive the assistance we deserved, but it shouldn't have taken so much effort and embarrassment to get there. However, to make matters worse, when my prescription was finally filled after the intervention of the assistant manager, it was filled with the wrong name and address. We had to make an additional trip back to the pharmacy just to have the information corrected. This level of carelessness and lack of attention to detail is simply unacceptable and reflects poorly on Winn-Dixie overall.I'm now a happy customer of their competitor across the street who had no problem with calling my old pharmacy and moving my prescription to their location.I strongly advise anyone in need of a pharmacy to look elsewhere and avoid the Winn-Dixie on Sebastian Blvd.

The younger checkers are in need of professional training. No eye contact, no welcome, chewing gum. So sad, good store but the overall professionalism is hurting them. Shop Publix for a great example

I don’t normally post that many reviews but after repeated disappointment I feel that it is necessary. Management has got to do something about the younger employees. Its like watching a high school gossip crowd. They talk about personal stuff, all crowd around one register and talk along with distract the cashier who is supposed to be focused on the customers. My favorite was today I was in line to pay and the crowd goes “Just close your light and take your break”, when I am clearly on line already and then just laughed away like I am sorry how rude. This does not apply to them all but it is the same ones every time. The self checkout machines run poorly and are in an awful spot. This morning, when a family member went, there was not a single cashier, all self checkout. It is becoming ridiculous that paying customers have to check their own belongings out when paying double these days for groceries. The salad bar has wilted, browning lettuce, and you have to put most of your body underneath to reach half the toppings. Shelves are half empty almost all the time. Things need to change there! I apologize to all the hard working employees there who work hard, it is not your fault.
