I looked the part up online, there was one in store. Went to the store and the employee said that he couldn't find it. The employee said to go to car quest they are open on Sundays and that they had it. After driving to Car Quest they were CLOSED.

Great customer service. Called for a specific part and the gentleman Lanyer, helped with everything I needed he was very helpful and patient over the phone and in person! That made a huge difference in the decision on where I'll be going for my auto parts from now on.

As usual, overpriced even on sale. Home Depot way cheaper same oil and filter. Oh and surprisingly their oil recycling oil tank was slap full. F this place. Never again!

The kid ringing up my purchases was texting / communing with whom ever while scanning my purchases and didn't have time to thank me for my patronage to Advanced Auto . It basically is the norm now so I will not be back to any Advanced Autos not that corporate cares mind you .

Rushed up there at 845pm to get a needed part for a vehicle, so the person could have a ride to work the next day. Guy sitting on the counter didn't even look up as I pulled on the door..other guy that came to the LOCKED door told me ya man we closed. Why bother having hours posted if you close when you feel like it. I went to your competitors that were still open at 851pm and gladly helped me. Manager should be fired for allowing this.

Mistakenly added my comments to the Avon Park store. They are not bad, the Sebring store, on the other hand, is terrible. Stopped in to buy some lug bolts and nuts and a few other things. It went immediately down hill. The person on the first counter, took a few minutes to look up when I told him what I needed. He asked the type of car, I told him it was for a trailer. He shrugged and said they should be over there, pointing to the back off the store. There were three or four service men at the counters, but the one I had made zero efforts to help me. I went and looked, could not find anything. Told him so, he shrugged and looked around the store. I left and went to O,Reilly and the were most helpful, spend some big bucks there!
