Pathetic excuse of a dealership. They don’t let you look around a choose a car you want. They try to pressure you into one vehicle. And they don’t want to sell! Weak negotiation skills that’s for sure! I was $10,000 upside down on my vehicle and they told me that the only way I could get into another one, was if I paid them a $10,000 down payment??? What sense does that make. Oh and the man who “helped” me out was Joey or Josef, DO BETTER! We are living in tough times for you to try and hassle people into way overpriced vehicles!

Friendly, competent staff. Clean modern facilities. The free shuttle service is great and the complimentary car wash after oil change is an added bonus!

Marty treated me with respect and offered valuable advice. He carefully demonstrated the features of the vehicle and assured I could come back for help understanding any other features. The business manager was friendly and courteous. I felt valued as a person more than as a potential sale.

Salesman was very personable and showed us a variety of new and used car options. We were able to make a decision on a car quickly because there was no pressure. We have bought 5 or 6 cars from Alan Jay in the past and prefer to deal locally.
