I recently, five days ago, purchased a used vehicle and this dealership is amazing. I had the pleasure of working with Donovan and Marshall they worked diligently by getting me financed with the amount down that I was needing with the monthly payments that I needed to be at. I have never had such a great experience purchasing a vehicle.
I highly recommend Sebring Toyota and if you can ask for Donovan or Marshall.

We went to several dealers before we came to Sebring Toyota and I will say that James Dyer was very straight-forward and knowledgeable and got us a great deal for our trade-in. Next time I need a vehicle I will be going to see James again for sure!

James Lopez made the truck-buying process smooth and stress-free. He worked hard to get me the best possible price within my budget and was helpful every step of the way. I was in and out in less than 2 hours which is a plus for me. Excellent service I truly appreciate his dedication and outstanding customer service. Highly recommended!

We had our best car buying experience ever at Sebring Toyota, and we have been buying cars for many years. We spoke to Hannah ahead of time on the phone to make a great deal. They got the color we wanted shipped from another dealer, and the whole experience when we arrived went smooth and fast. Our car was fully detailed by the time we finished the paper work. We are amazed at how wonderful our experience went. Hannah was so honest , caring and knowledgeable and one of the best. A special thank you also to the managers and Abel from F and I dept. Highly recommend Hannah , worth the drive to Sebring if you are not near buy.

I drove from Orlando to Sebring. Yes, You heard me right. I found the right car for me and it was worth it. Most importantly, was respect, care we received from James Lopez. He was patient and answered all our questions and made us feel like family. Thank you James for your dedication. I've worked years in customer service and you are an asset to Sebring Toyota and their customers.
P. S. The finance guy Marcus on the other hand was a little short on all the above. Not friendly at all. Truth be told...

If I could give zero stars I would. They are not transparent on anything have had to go into finance 4 times now. They gave us one monthly price and told us it included gap coverage and services and whe contacted by the bank our payments were 100 more than we signed then had to go back in and they claimed they figured the taxes incorrectly and put our payment back down to what we agreed on then brought car in for first service and low and behold there was a nail in the tire and come to find out we were not covered on that. Went back to finance and they act like I am crazy and said no to lower your monthly cost the gap coverage was removed and now they are stating we never accepted the extra coverage. I have voiced many complaints each time we have been in here and not once has anyone ever contacted me. They don’t care they got their money and then the kind and caring demeanor vanishes and they don’t care or try to come to any kind of resolution. I will never come back here again I will drive many miles away to another Toyota dealer for any services needed. I have never encountered such shady and uncaring people in my life

A huge thank you to Tony Roa for making my experience at Toyota Sebring one of the best experiences I’ve had at a car dealership, not only was he doing his Job very well, but he also made me feel comfortable with all the questions I had and explained everything very well and he helped me understand things I didn’t and I think without him I wouldn’t have gotten the car I have now, he is one excellent sells man.

So I wanted to add a couple of photos to show the proof of what I’m saying. This is my first ever review and I never write reviews.
Sebring Toyota has been my saving grace when it came to my first “ big girl purchase” at first, I got a 2026 white Toyota hybrid. Marlon and Matt helped me out and made sure I left satisfied and with the car of my dreams. Not even 15 hours later unfortunately that same car got totaled and I went through 5 stages of grief. I was overwhelmed , exhausted , hurt and devastated . Not only did they check up on me and made sure I was okay, they immediately jumped into action and helped me into the transition of another car.
While it may not be white or the first one I chose, it was still the same model and car of my dreams. She’s been amazing since, and today I went back to pickup an extra set of keys and fix a little bubble in my window from Tint which took less than 15 minutes. They have always stood by my side and never failed me, and as a 20 year old woman that’s very important because it’s so easy for companies and dealerships to run you over.
Anyways, thank you Marlon for making my process so easy!! And thank you Matt and the rest of the team I’m forever grateful!!! I love my car! I never thought I’d see myself in a Toyota but now I’m never going back.
