What an amazing experience! I brought my truck to toyota sebring, in hopes of being able to get into a new car. Kyle Henler, our sales associate, and Ellery Paynter the sales manager, we're absolutely AMAZING!! Getting into your first brand new car is very scary, but they truly made me feel so comfortable. I explained to Kyle what I wanted, and he nailed it on the first car he brought me! I couldn't of asked for a better experience, and I am absolutely LOVING my new toyota!!

Wow!, Sebring Toyota far-far exceeded my expectations for vehicle purchase. I have been driving and buying vehicles for more than 50 years and have never had a pleasant experience until now. No pressure, no games, no hassle no frustration. I bought the car I wanted and they made a great deal with my trade-in. My excellent team was, Frankie (sales), Elloree (manager) and Zack (F&I). Also, a huge shout-out to Hanna in sales for her personal help and assistance. Thank you Sebring Toyota and staff.

We traveled two hours to the Sebring Toyota to purchase a truck. We were told the original sales person we had conversation with was not available and another young guy was our “new” salesman. We were not happy with the change in salesperson. Our original salesman did come up and apologize he said he was told the younger salesman would be handling the sale. We waited awhile for the new salesman to locate the truck we were interested in. He was not overly friendly and knew we were not happy with the change in salespeople. We completed the test drive and sat down to discuss the price and a few additional changes. “Thomas” was very curt and said this is the price. He seemed agitated. We asked to speak with the manager and was told “he will tell you the same thing”. A manager finally did come over and we did negotiate a less amount. We asked Thomas, would the original salesman get half the commission for his time. His reply was “why do you care it’s not your business “. I disagree we spoke to another salesman and started a rapoure with him.We waited over an hour for the finance department to complete the sale. During that time Thomas never asked if we were ok, needed water etc. He stood in a corner with other salesmen and talked. It was our original salesman “Wil” who checked on us brought us water and gave us updates on our wait time for finance. He put the temp tag on our truck and took a picture of us with our new truck. Wil was great! I would not recommend this dealership. The general consensus from salespeople and manager was not customer friendly. Stay away from this dealership.

Excellent experience all around. Appreciated the honesty and integrity of the staff and absolutely no hassle whatsoever. Chavis was EXCELLENT. Just walk in and ask for him because he took exceptional care of us and after a bad experience at another dealership we were so happy we found Sebring Toyota. They gave us a better deal than the other dealership and zero pressure or arrogance. I would buy from them again in a heartbeat! And I LOVE my new Grand Highlander! #askforChavis

We are from Charleston ,had a trip to Sebring, our vehicle's brake went out and It was a Monday. We were in Sebring about to leave and heard our brakes making lots of noise. We had an 8 hour ride a head of us...We had our vehicle towed to the dealership. Randy in service met us out front and had already started evaluating the car. Randy was aware of our situation having a drive 8 hours home. He brought the car in and replaced the brakes and pad and got us up and running...Randy and his team took very very good care of us. Top notch!!!! Thank y'all at the dealership.

Despite this Dealership ridiculous, unprofessional, and cringe-worthy commercials, my Friend asked me to go with her to this place. She was planning to purchase a Toyota Highlander...Fully Equipped; we went here with the intent to buy-What seemed liked at least 15 minutes, a Gentleman approached us. No, hello, no welcome...his opening words were: "Well, you're driving a brand new BMW..."My friend told him what she was looking for to which he replied, and I quote: " we are new, and don't have many Highlanders on the lot."That being said ... we left, and drove to a larger, more experienced/successful Dealership, and purchased her vehicle. There, we were treated respectfully and professionally.Heads up Highlands County ... This new Ownership hasn't a clue as to how to effectively advertise, hire competent employees, own & operate a Dealership or treat their customers professionally and with respect.You deserve -0- stars!

Just ridiculous! I was on the Sebring Toyota dealership lot today looking at the new cars, Sebring Toyota has added $5,000.00 market adjustment sucker stickers to the new cars. Again absolutely ridiculous. I would never consider doing business with any company that takes such advantage of people, and I would hope that others feel the same way. The customer parking area was empty, hopefully it is a sign that local residents are traveling out of town to do business with a more professional dealership.

Would give a zero if I could. Called and asked Cameron about an advertised vehicle before driving 2 hours one way to buy. Arrived only to be told by Cameron, it was sold a couple days ago, but they have other cars in my price range. Then tries to sell me a different make than I am was looking for. Manager was no better. Wonder if they ever had the car or if they just advertise them to get you in the door.

My car would not start on a Wednesday, It's A Toyota product, so I called the local Toyota certified repair shop, Sebring Toyota. The service advisor told me to call their partner towing co Allen Jay, to tow my car to the dealership, and I did. Shortly after, the service advisor called to say the car arrived, and would be worked on Thursday, and he would keep me advised (he NEVER CALLED, WAS off sick 2days) and the repair (joke) started. I called multiple times from Thursday to following Monday, Monday PM the service line mgr. told me it was repaired, they found a blown fuse that caused the problem, the tech would button up the car, and car would be ready for pickup Tuesday morning. I paid , and picked up car Tuesday morning, and drove home.Wednesday morning the car would not start, I called Toyota Sebring service line mgr., and was told to have the car towed in again. I was not about to lose my car for another week, so I checked the fuses, and checked under the hood myself, the + battery cable was loose at the battery post, so I cleaned it up, re-attached the cable, and my car is now REPAIRED. Never again for service at Sebring Toyota, thanks Yelp.John M. 11/10/2023

I went to Sebring Toyota in 2022 and had an excellent experience with Will, The sales associate. He was new to Toyota and I believe he sold me his first car. He was on top of things returned my calls and represented Toyota in the most professional way. So much so that when I traded my car in in July of 2023 and wanted to purchase a truck I went back to Will. Unfortunately the experience this time was not so well with Toyota but again Will was the utmost professional. He stayed in contact with me and returned all my text messages or calls promptly. I highly recommend that if you go to Sebring Toyota that you request Will to be the sales representative that you deal with. With the recent recalls due to airbags and the strike at the ports this process was extremely long. I finally got my truck in October with the assistance of Will and an upcoming manager, Josh. I'm sure he'll be very successful in his new position if he continues to work as hard for other customers as he did for me. Josh was most helpful and got things done. I also want to mention Matt Jones in finance, he is very knowledgeable and has no problem explaining the ins and outs of the finance area. Because of these three individuals especially Will I am very happy to be driving my new 2023 Tacoma. With no fault of these individuals, I can just say if you deal with Sebring Toyota there seems to be a lack of communication between departments and higher management. No one's perfect maybe they'll learn from their mistakes and fix this. From experience, I know higher management can learn from the worker bees. I only hope they take the opportunity to do so.

I bought a new Prius from them a few months ago and the service was terrible! Worst car buying experience of my life! However, I decided to give the dealership a second chance because it was Toyota. To my surprise, the second service was worse than the first and they even tried to charge me 10 thousand more than the tag value for the Prius prime model because they claimed it was a car that had just arrived on the market. Hard to get. It's regrettable that Toyota allows this from its dealers and it's regrettable that the dealership has this practice. This is unfair to the brand's loyal customer and tarnishes Toyota's reputation
