“We recently moved to Lake Placid and our home had new appliances from ABC that were still under warranty. The fridge didn't seem as cold as it should be so we called and they made a service call appointment. The technician, Tim called the day before our appointment to say he could get us on the schedule that day, last Tuesday. He arrived and took his time diagnosing our issue, told us they'd order the part and should be a couple days to get the new part. Yesterday morning, he called first thing and was at our home within the hour and fixed the problem. Now our fridge seems to be cooling as expected. Very pleased with the service here from start with the girl who answered the phone, (not sure of her name, sorry)and again to the technician Tim who was friendly and accommodating.
