I highly recommend Aires Auto Body, Inc to my friends and family in Sebring. Best experience ever. too notch customer service,❤️They actually care about their customers and take pride in the work they do.I live in New York and I have dealt with body shops before and this experience by far has been the best ever. After having a horrible experience with a body shop (small fender bender during snow squall) in Albany, New York the week before I drove down to visit family in Sebring and my NEW Jeep Grand Cherokee overheats. GEICO refers me to Aires(thank God) and immediately the owner sees every imperfection from the previous shop. The work that was reported to be done, charged for, however, not done. They called me to update me and the progress, helped me with the insurance company, and was a very pleasant experience considering my situation.They are very knowledgeable, trustworthy, honest, and fair. It was nice to finally not have to worry about my car or getting back to New York safely. Good Job guys Thank you ❤️❤️

From the pleasant voice of office personnel Marissa listening to my concerns to the wonderful customer service greetings and conversations with Owner Crystal to the hard dedicated professional painting and installation work of Owner Bruce and their son Jacob, this business performed an excellent job for a very fair price on my mother's vehicle.

They did an amazing job on my car, had to have most of the front end replaced and repaired from a car accident. They are very nice and actually took the time to answer questions I had about the vehicle that had nothing to do with what they repaired. A+ Aries.

Update: Stay far away from this place. Paint is subpar. Front bumper amongst other places has begun to separate or bubble up indicative of poor prep and/or poor quality materials. It's only been a year. Front bumper is also missing mounting fasteners and poor panel alignment. Looks better than it did but the quality isn't there.While the paint job came out well, the care for the vehicle and customer service wasn't there. The rear quarter windows were removed and replaced without sealant causing water leaks inside the car. No protection for the interior was used so I'm having to replace brand new carpet that's not even a few months old. Other interior parts are covered in overspray as well that can't be replaced. The owner of the shop had it out with my transporter as well causing me to have to go out of my way to find another transporter on my own time. While he did partially reimburse me, it is highly unprofessional to have a business threaten a transporter with arrest for doing their job. Again, the paint job is great. But the headache of dealing with this business really makes me not want to paint a car again. Especially with me not being there to inspect the vehicle and address the multiple issues with the finished product.Service: Painting
