Everyone was super nice and made me feel at ease because like most people, i'm scared to death of dentist! They are all very knowledgeable and explained everything to me step by step. The front staff all the way to the back is outstanding! I would 110% recommend aspen dental again and again.

Ashley and all of the staff made me feel so comfortable and Dr. Freeman did a great job with my extraction. They took my insurance as well, so the whole process from beginning to end was fantastic!

My Husband needed to replace his dentures. The staff was very helpful, Viviana who greeted us at door and got us checked in. Diane, the dental assistant knew exactly what he needed to do to get his new dentures.Dr Lilian Reyes explained the steps to getting the dentures in a timely manner. Jenny was so kind and gave us all the options for new dentures. Especially the different price tiers and warranties which helped us make the best decision for something that will last a long time! Thanks to all for making our day at Aspen Dental an easy day.

The whole staff was very polite and helpful. Dr. Lilian Reyes and Lyric answered all of my questions and concerns about my treatment. Josie was very friendly and professional. Overall, i would recommend Aspen dental in sebring to anyone who needs dental work in the area.

I now have 2 dry sockets, they won't answer or return my call, gave me no antibiotics or nothing for the severe pain of dry sockets. They really don't care about you, its all about what kind of money they can get out of you. They tell everyone that they have an infection and gum disease that isn't true, then they sell you on pulling all your teeth when you don't need it, they are like a car salesman, trying to sell you a car you don't need, never go there and don't trust them, run away as fast as you can.

I was wintering in Florida and had a filling fall out. They took xrays and the hygienist examined my teeth told me I had infection in my gums and really needed a deep cleaning which I politely refused at the time because all I wanted was a filling. I had no bleeding or soreness my teeth were fine. Then the dentist came in and started poking at all my teeth so back again to I just need a filling and she said she couldn't fill it. That it needed to be pulled which I refused because I didn't believe her. Then she proceeded to tell me all my teeth showed a lot of decay under my crowns and she recommended consultation about dentures. By then I'm getting angry because I see my dentist UpNorth for regular appointments and there's nothing wrong with my teeth the way they are! Why would they recommend a deep cleaning if they were just going to pull them out??? I said I'm done and took my x-rays and left.?
