Really bad customer service, I called to get a quote on an iphone 15, they put me on hold for about 20 minutes and never answer again, instead I got disconected.

Employees are inattentive, rude, and pretty much just don't care whether or not you leave or stay. We walked in around 245pm, and NOT ONE employee tried to help us out even after 30 minutes of sitting on an uncomfortable couch waiting.
Some guy, a "manager" strolls out from the back, and ignores everyone......doesn't see what we needed, or what were waiting for. * Makes you want to switch services, or at least explore other options.
* We've been with at&t for over 10 years now, and expect a better experience. This experience today was very sub par. My grade is an F all around. Don't waste your time.

Just left after waiting for 20 minutes without being helped. The manager was sitting out back and only came out when one employee requested help for the customer he was helping. 2 employees with 3 customers and they couldn't get us any help. It was outrageous especially after the manager walks out. Leff the store will never come back to this store. I'll call customer service and hopefully get a better resolution to my issue.

Went in for earbuds. This location had the ones I wanted in stock. This location is very busy, assisted quickly as possible. Satisfied with rep Emma and service she provided.

Stopped into the store for the first time, and I’ll say it was a great experience overall. They were very busy, and they handled the volume very well!I was greeted warmly by a nice gentleman (I think his name was Kevin, but not sure) and Emma helped me with everything I needed for my visit. She was very courteous, prompt, and professional.
