“So I went in there and got a warm greeting. Then he asked me what I needed. I said I need in the air filter for my car since it wasn't changed lately. He asked me if I needed a cabin filter as well. I didn't even think about it and haven't gotten one since I got the car in 2017. It was disgusting. So glad he said something. Then offered to install them both. That was awesome. His name was Charlie and he is the manager of this store. Charlie has a high degree of professionalism that I would highly recommend. Thanks again Charlie!”
“I bought a used Honda Fit 2009 that was having a terrible racket from the right front suspension -- was determined to be defective strut. I found that Jim's had the part but I live in MS so shipping cost would be high. But Jason (person I talked with) recommended another salvage yard closer to me in MS and that turned out to have exactly what I needed and much closer as well. I phoned Jason to thank him but told him I'd post my impression at the web site which is what this is. Very nice people there, I would have had no issues buying from them had they been closer to me. “In from Indiana for the Winter and needed service on my Yukon AT4. Took it to Alan Jay because of the reviews I'd read. So glad I did. Worked with Service Advisor Jesus. He talked to me about how we use the vehicle and then went through a list of suggested services. He steered me away from those services not needed based on how the vehicle is driven. We agreed on what was to be done and he let me know how long it would be. He kept me updated and things went smoothly. Will definitely be back.”

“Met with Crenshaw Collison Repair on February 12th, 2025 to have my 2021 Nissan Rogue inspected after I was involved in a multiple car collision. Both my front and rear of car were damaged. I live in Illinois and wanted to make sure car roadworthy to drive from Sebring Florida to home… 14 hour trip. My repairs were intended to be completed in Illinois where I live. They were very nice to deal with and went above and beyond to make sure car was sound to drive that distance. I would highly recommend them for auto body work based on my experience. If I lived in the Sebring area they would be my choice for auto repair. Thank you”

“The battery in my car died. I got a jump and drove straight there after speaking to someone on the phone there. I pulled in, they got me a battery and sold me the less expensive one. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes and they installed the battery for me at no charge. Very friendly people and very helpful. Now I know where to go for all my auto parts needs.”
“Gerald and his amazing team do a OUTSTANDING JOB!!! I was rear ended at a stop light. I was sitting at the red light and boom i was hit pretty hard. My car needed the front and back bumper done. It also needed a whole new exhaust put in. Gerald and his crew got right on it, and always thought about the customer first. This was my first time trying them and they didn't disappoint. “I needed a new battery for my car and went in to Advanced Auto on the south side of Sebring Florida. They had the exact battery that I was looking for and didn't try to sell me on a different one or anything extra. They also have free installation on the batteries - you can't beat that. From the time that I arrived until I was back on the road with the new battery installed was maybe 15 minutes. They were very efficient. Great job!!”
“Woman behind counter was the onnly person after going to three other auto parts places, that actually took the time to look up what I needed. My cigarette lighter fuse blew meaning i could not charge phone or listen to bluetooth music ? #2006Hemi She found location of fuse box in my trunk and told me exactly which fuse to change! It is fixed and cost me less than 10$ ! You cannot teach work ethic or heart. You either got it or you don’t. I am blown away by the lack of effort from employees that get paid to do a job and are just too lazy to do it. Thank you Carquest (I am sorry I do not know the employees name ). She is a keeper and a rockstar in my book. Thank you !”
