I had a great experience at this Bank of America. The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. It’s refreshing to receive such excellent customer service/whole process was quick and smooth, and I really appreciated how helpful everyone was.

It is always so busy inside this bank. It's the only bank we, in Sebring, have to go in and discuss any issue or problem about our account. They usually have 2 or 3 people behind the counters so that is also slow time consuming.
