The labor on my car was 9 hrs & he charged me for 18 hrs. He charged me $2600.00 when it should've been $900.00 . I'm really furious that he took advantage of me and totally ripped me off ! Loose bolts was causing noise under my feet, I drove the car to another state not knowing that the bolts were loose around the strut & ball joint !! Absolutely not acceptable! I had to pay $1100.00 for a hotel because Tim kept my car for 10 days! I can't believe he done this to me!

Thought I had an issue with the alternator. I did not. They went through a trouble shooting process convincing me I did not. They replaced a belt and 2 idler wheels and a I was on my way to Indiana. Great people there. Tim and Russell were awesome. Thanks guys.

Needed an engine for my truck. Big John's Garage install the new engine, within his time frame he gave me, very professional and courteous service outstanding job by Tim Frazier honest and dependable got it right the very first time we'll be using him again in the future

We took our 2014 GMC TO Big John's to fix a problem with the DEF system. Our truck had set
undriven for a long time, causing the DEF fluid to go bad.
To our delight, Big John's fixed it quickly , reasonably and we couldn't have been happier with their great service!! We recommend them heartily!!

I was about to give up on trying to recover my friend's baby pet boa that had gotten out in my truck and was somewhere deep in the dash. Based on where I thought it was, it would have probably been over 1k in labor just to look for it. Tim came out and helped me find it with his borescope and didn't even charge me. Such a relief after 2 days of tearing apart my interior searching for it. Big John's garage really changed the tone of this week for me and my friend with their service
