I made several customer service calls to Boost Mobile and was told to go into a store for assistance. Well, guess what? They had no idea how to fix this problem! It isn't the employee's fault that Boost sucks!!

Boost Mobile in Avon Park and Fort Lauderdale was excellent. I also visited 2 Boost stores where customer care was very poor or non-existent.

They said they sell ixfinity/Comcast net. They didn't or *forgot* to tell me it was prepaid. When I asked if it was the high speed, I got a *of course very high* it was only 20 mbps. Was also told it was self install. It's not. I spent almost 3 hours on the phone with Ixfinity to change it over and cancel with the prepaid and every agent that I spoke to told me that everything I was told was wrong.

The mast was great got my phone set up and took care of 4 other customers at the same time. It was the best service I've had in a phone store in years
