  I didn’t have an appointment but got right in. I did gel mani and a $50 pedicure. It had all kinds of lotions, scrub and a hot rock massage. The lady who did mine was so good! My manicure was 5 Star. I did the French and her lines were super straight and thin. I took my Mom for Mother’s Day. Her person was just as nice and really took care of her too. No one made me feel like they were in a hurry to get to the next customer. The place was super clean. I will for sure visit again.

  Just left feeling refreshed and beautiful. As always Tyler did an amazing job on my dip and pedi! My last set lasted over a month as well.

  Didn’t even get out in the pedi seat until 25 min after my appointment was supposed to start. Then rushed through the appointment. Uneven nails. Front desk girls have no idea what to charge or even acknowledge you if you’re standing at the desk. About left without paying just waiting for them to make eye contact with me. Then took another ten minutes to figure out what to charge me.

  If I could write 0 stars I would. This is the absolute WORST nail salon. My last experience with them was HORRID. See photos of how my toe nails turned out. I PAID $65 FOR THESE!!!! And they didn’t even put a base coat on the nails. They didn’t even do gel for that price. It looks worse than a 3 year old painting nails.
  
  Oh and they cut me on 3 different places on my toes and I was bleeding.
  
  To even be in business still when this is the crap you give your customers for that price is a shame.
  
  My mom, grandma and I all got our nails done and it came out to $300. And they couldn’t even provide me any type of good service. I cannot believe this.
  
  I also walked into the salon and showed the young lady at the front desk and she said “oh my gosh those look horrible!” And she told the owner and they were supposed to call me and never did.
  
  I tried calling and texting the owner and NOTHING.
  
  This is HORRIBLE BUSINESS. It’s no wonder their sales have been down and they always have availability.

  Me and my friend arrived knowing exactly what we wanted to get we were both getting pedicures. I was getting a Halloween theme and she was getting solid color.. The lady who did my friends toes was extremely sweet and did everything that she asked however, the woman who did mine was extremely rude, and I will never NEVER Be coming back to this place again. I asked for a simple French tip black French tip instead of white.. And then I asked for a spiderweb in the corner of my big toe, but I wanted it to be a white sparkly spiderweb.. I picked out my color and I chose 488 in their gel booklet.. I showed the woman my design that I wanted and told her the colors that I wanted and she told me no. Told me I couldn’t have white And I had to have silver because she was not gonna do white on my toe… I tried to argue with her to get the color I wanted, but it didn’t work. She still used silver and then I noticed when she was doing my French tip that she only did half of my big toe with the French tip and she was leaving the other half open to put the spiderweb.. So I kindly asked her if she could fill the rest of the toe with the French tip and put the spiderweb over top of it and she started yelling at me telling me that the picture I provided did not have what I’m asking so I zoomed into the picture to show her it indeed did have what I was asking a full French tip toe with a spiderweb over top of it.. She pulled over another worker to show the other worker, the photo speaking in a different language, the whole time pointing her finger at me aggressively and raising her voice, so I finally said I don’t care what you see in the picture I’m asking you to do something, please do that So she got upset and said fine. Did the toe didn’t even finish my pedicure massage that I paid for I left the store with sticky legs and I was extremely upset about this experience… I paid for a peppermint massage not only did she not massage my legs. She just rubbed the peppermint stuff on my legs and then rinsed it off. The pedicure is supposed to end with lotion on your legs. She didn’t even do that. My legs were super sticky, and I felt really gross after this experience and very upset.. I have provided the picture of the design that I chose the color that I originally wanted on my toes and a picture of what my toes came out to look like.. although I’m OK with what I left with, I’m upset that I didn’t get what I asked for and I’m upset that I was yelled at by somebody for requesting what I wanted to get… i’m paying for a product I’m paying for the service. I should get what I ask for regardless of their feelings or if they like it or not..

  My services today were absolutely amazing! Naive was able to color match my idea very accurately, my pedicure was fantastic and relaxing, and she executed the design exactly how I wanted. I am super happy with my appointment and how it turned out. 10/10 💅

  After spending almost $100 and pointing out the drastically different lengths, she filed a bit more and sent me out with nails this crooked. My cuticles are so sore and red from where she filed into them. The side profile is absolutely atrocious. There's acrylic still stuck under the tips.

  They always do a quality job. The shop has added more thrown chairs to accommodate walk ins. I have been going for more than 10 years.
