Their internet service is okay. They've had a wire hanging loose over my yard for over a year. I've called three times. They sent a tech the first time, and no one has come out since. I get that it's just the wire holding their cable to the strand, so they don't care. But I don't want the trash truck or something to snag it by accident.

We had several problems with our system and Xfinity sent a young man named Mitchell out to help us. He showed up at the time we were told, was extremely pleasant, patient and helpful. He fixed all of our problems and then some. Kudos to this young man. We will be sending a letter of appreciation to the company.

Chris came to my house and discovered what was limiting my service. He was very professional, knowledgeable and explained everything so I would understand exactly what happened. After he left, I had a much better picture and my streaming service is perfect! Highly recommend
