The Hispanic lady there overcharged me and kept my money. Didn’t give me my change, which were not coin change, but actual paper money change. They hire just anyone. Don’t trust that lady and she says she’s “the manager” and then hung up on me and avoided giving me any additional information or any way to resolve the issue. She didn’t even put the money toward credit on my account. If she can easily steal cash from customers, she’s probably stealing from the store too.

Went in today Lara help us today ..I have to say Lara is ? ...wow she helped and made my dad not scared of the phone her ability to multitask and knowledge of the phones and her way of making sure everyone understands how to use the phones was amazing ..she went above and beyond anyone I've ever seen in customer service....thank you again Lara for ur amazing job ...10 out of 10 thank you again

-4/10, they screw people over. I asked a sales person how much a iPhone case would be while I went to buy a new phone. They told me they would ring it up and let me know. The sales person told me it shouldn’t be more than $20 and didn’t even bother to look up the price. After paying and HAVING TO ASK for a receipt, I seen the case was actually $33.99. Asked for a refund and they told me nothing can be done about it. Not once did she mentioned the REAL price of the case even after I specifically asked her how much the case would run me.

Horrible store and owners. Or maybe just to Mexicans, they took advantage of my son and his youth. After being told an item would be a certain priced but refuse to give a refund after noticing his receipt bill to be significantly larger.

Be careful with this store when you go to buy a cell phone they are giving you the price of the phone that is not real in fact they tell you that they are going to give you the accessories and when you pay with your card and check your receipt you realize that you paid for each one of the accessories and the price of the phone was much lower they are forcing you to buy the accessories this store is ripping off customers and the manager also is agree. to that and the seller's name is Miguel O., be careful with this seller. They fraud me.

I'm very Happy I chose Cricket. I switched over from the other carrier that starts with the letter "V" & I'm so glad I did. Cricket cut my monthly bill over 60%.... Do yourself a favor and make the same choice I did, you'll be glad you did!!

I'm very and content with your customer service. The young lady was very accommodating in fixing and setting. Y cell without hesitation. Very knowledgeable and sweet. Thank God the other two gentleman no longer work there. My compliments to Jacob as well. Thank you

Went in today fully prepared to buy a phone. Customer service was completely unprofessional, and unhelpful. I walked away with no phone. Been with the service for close to 10 years. The store used to be very helpful and always recommended it to everyone. The past couple times I have been in there have not been very satisfactory. today was the worst I've ever seen. Would not recommend it to anyone. Considering changing Services after today.

My friend was having problems activating his phone he ordered. I sat in the car for over an hour waiting on him. Went in to see how much longer so I could get to work on time. With only one person working in the store and on other person waiting,we got told it could be more than another hour wait time??
