When I first walked in the store Daisy welcomed me with a a big smile and helped me with finding a game. She gave me good recommendations and was super polite. She was super caring. Would go here every time if I lived nearby

I came here on 3 different occasions, trying to replace my controller with the prp warranty got denied all 3 times 2wice because the manager refused to order a controller with similar value told me to go to another GameStop the third time I got a girl that knew nothing and looked like she didn’t want to work at all all my questions was answered with I don’t know, I never heard of that…I think it’s the worst GameStop I’ve ever experienced they order nothing and even the pop collection is garbage .

I believe it was the store manager but he was very rude and somewhat aggressive. I went into the store for help with an online order and he didn't even want to see the order or tracking number, he kept basically saying it wasn't his problem and I needed to talk to USPS. Long story short after calling USPS and the 1 800 GameStop number I tried explaining to him that they told me it was in the parcel locker and to have him check he told me he didn't even know anything about a parcel locker for the store and basically repeated that it wasn't his problem. He was rude the whole time and acted like he didn't want to be bothered because he didn't even check the computer just pushed it off as it wasn't his problem and he didn't know anything about the store but you're the store manager?

I wouldn't shop here if you can do home delivery because the store manager or assistant manager is extremely rude. He's the tall guy with black hair who wears glasses.

I wanted to purchase the Jurassic Park collectible mini TV, but couldn't tell if it worked. The employee told me I couldn't be refunded if the item didn't work! I could only get in-store credit. I don't shop at GameStop often so that would not do me any good.I came back and got the manager. I asked if the item could be opened to check to make sure it works. No we can't do that. And then he says don't buy it if you feel uncomfortable with the return policy. He was quite rude. And then he adds that you can't return it anyway because it's a clearance item. This is ridiculous, unacceptable. To make it worse, it was in front of my autistic daughter who can't possibly understand what was going on and was just making her incredibly upset.Don't shop GameStop but definitely don't shop at this store!

Tre is the best costumer service I’ve ever experienced in a GameStop store. He not only helped me, he went above and beyond and he deserves to be a manager or a promotion lol. Love this place. Everyone’s great here but TRE IS THE TRUTH!!

So I’ve been informed that if you buy multiple games and they have a promo for those games, you don’t get multiple promos so you can pay them for multiple games. Promo comes out. Sorry buddy you’re out of luck you only get one.

Very good customer service from Kassandra! She was very helpful. Bought 4 games from there and she took the time to switch out the dmg cover case game for a better used one. Thanks kassandra! Game shop give that girl a raise or bonus!

Spoke to a representative today about an item I got from the store in which I don’t believe I got a receipt and they said they could not find the transaction in the system. All I wanted to do was exchange it but, the rep gave me a few different excuses on why they could not do it even after asking if I could show them my transaction in my bank history or if they could check the cameras. No go…great policy.
