We just needed a remnant piece of carpet but the staff treated us like we were buying a house full of carpet. Super helpful and friendly. I’ll be back to carpet my three seasons room this year and possibly more! 5 star treatment!

I have been doing business with Griffins since the 1990's. Great people. Professional, fair and pleasant. I have some pool furniture that I purchase from them in 2000 and still using it. All my window treatments and patio furniture was purchased from them. Love Griffins!

Started at the Store being Told a price then when we said Do it, Price went Up over $2000.Worked on price by taking away some things and set appoint to install. (3 trips to store) Installers did Lousy job by leaving 1/4 “to 1/2” gaps ALL around Every wall ! Asked several times to try to lessen Gaps !!Jacked up dishwasher on One side. Couldn’t open door. Just Very Disappointed …… Not Sure Anyone Cares ???Would say they have a Very Nice looking Showroom. Just Definitely seem a Little Arrogant !!

We will never do business with Griffins again! The owner came out & measured our room for carpet. When they brought it out to install, it was 2 feet too short & was not large enough for the room. We talked to the owner, but he refused to give us another piece of carpet that would fit! He told us they would seam two pieces together. We were shocked by his rudeness & the way he talked to us, to fix the problem they created! They cut it too short & a decent business would cut a new piece. We’ve had other issues with them before & they don’t stand behind their own mistakes. We do Not recommend doing business with this company!
