My 2008 Toyota Tacoma transmission didn't shift he said it needed a complete rebuild and the total cost was $2,400 because it was 4x4 I picked it up 2 weeks later driving home 10 minutes later transmission acted the same way as it never got rebuilt took it back to them and he said it was something electrical I said I don't know you said I needed a whole rebuilt he said the wiring of this truck is on top of the transmission I need to drop the transmission again he wants $800 more and I told him I'll pay you the $800 when I pick up the transmission and I see is everything perfect he agreed a week later he said everything was fixed I went over there test drove it with him and on the test drive transmission acted the same way and he said I don't know what's wrong with this truck is something electrical probably the rats got on it this truck is pristine conditions so he just robbed me 2400 I argue with him he said take it I don't want the truck hear I really feel like running him over lol anyways buddy of mine has a scanner he put the scanner and he said the speed sensor on the wheels 3 were shoot so I just replace them and guess what truck runs perfect I bet you this guy didn't even touch the transmission stay away from this guy does not know nothing doesn't care he's a hungry money grabber

Jose said he could fix my transmission problem for $2000 ok get the tranny back install it the problem is fixed but there was another problem he can fix for $350 ok. Take the tranny back out take to Jose at Highlands Transmission he fixed the problem but once back in the truck there’s another problem he could fix for$1100. He is stealing from his customers.

There are people who defame someone else and they don't even know them. I don't know who this man is who talks that way about the man from the workshop. The man from the workshop has been providing service to my family and friends for more than 30 years and we don't have a complaint. Don't pay attention to that type of comment, try it, you won't regret it.

Just called for a quote for transmission flush on a 2003 chevy s-10 with 73000 miles , he stated that its impossible for the mileage and he doesn't do that there and hung up !!! Sir company name is highlands transmission, and you don't flush transmissions , sign should read , highlands transmission of new cars , mind you no issues with transmission, operation is perfect , just a man wanting to maintain his ride

I took my truck in for a leak and slippage the owner/manager said it would cost $5500+ to fix it without even looking at the leak or driving it. When he said it was fixed I paid him. A couple a months later it started to leak and slip again a the owner/manager refused to repair it under the one year warranty he said he never worked on it.
