Great place for me to stay for more than one night. Jay at the front desk is so helpful! Love the large rooms, huge bathroom sink area, the beds are comfortable, and the view out the back is pretty.

This should have been a 5 star review. Clean, spacious rooms and courteous employees! We had a really great experience until about 9:33 am this past Sunday, when we were eating breakfast. Breakfast is served from 6:00 am - 9:30 am. The employee in charge of the breakfast area was really nice, but she informed us that we had to leave, as management had instructed her to clear everyone out when breakfast is over. She had 15 - 30 minutes more work to break down the breakfast bar and clean up and we were finished eating, just enjoying our time together and would have left in a few more minutes. Never before in my life had I seen this before, that when the breakfast serving time has ended, does everybody have to immediately get up and leave. This upset my wife and I and put a damper on our experience here. I'm in hopes that someone from management reads this and makes the simple and necessary change - Stop serving breakfast, but don't usher your guests out as soon as you stop serving breakfast. As I stated earlier, this should have been a 5 star review. Thank you!

Not usually an IHG customer but this is a really clean, nice option in Sebring and the seal staff is very friendly.

I came here to write a well-deserved review for Ms. Krystal—what an absolute gem of a team member! From the moment I arrived, Krystal greeted me with a warm smile, genuine eye contact, and an inviting demeanor that immediately set a positive tone. The check-in process was seamless and truly pleasant, thanks to her attentiveness and professionalism.
Later that evening, I headed downstairs to grab a cup of coffee. Krystal kindly let me know that fresh coffee was on the way and took a moment to engage in friendly conversation—an extra touch of hospitality that didn’t go unnoticed. Chef’s kiss to her outstanding customer service!
Now, let’s raise a glass to a clean and comfortable stay—woohoo! The room and bathroom were spotless, and to my delight, there was even a Keurig coffee maker in the room. I typically cringe at hotel carpets, but this property appears to have been recently updated. The modern design and fresh ambiance made for a very comfortable experience. The lobby and reception area were also impressively clean and inviting. Please never stop putting clear plastic protective sleeves on the tv remote, you guys are the real MVP’s for doing that —Sincerely, your OCD friend.
Kudos all around—and a special shoutout to Krystal for truly elevating the guest experience! Perhaps, she can be the next employee on the month on the plaque next to the lobby elevator? (Ahemmm)👀🫡😁

Life threw me a curveball, and I ended up needing 3a place to stay on short notice. Enter this hotel, which felt less like a stopover and more like a much-needed hug wrapped in clean sheets and good Wi-Fi.
Despite the chaos on my end, the staff and management were incredibly kind, patient, and somehow always one step ahead—like hospitality ninjas. They didn’t just accommodate us; they got us (and didn’t blink at our last-minute scramble).
If you’re looking for a place with heart, warmth, and the kind of service that makes you forget for a moment that life is messy—this is it. I’d definitely stay here again… preferably under less dramatic circumstances.

Five stars for a hotel room that truly understood the assignment: clean, quiet, stylish, and most importantly—not haunted (I did a thorough check, including under the bed and behind the shower curtain, just in case it was a shy ghost).
The bed was so comfortable I briefly questioned every life choice that’s led me to not owning one exactly like it. I woke up feeling like a warm cinnamon roll—soft, slightly confused, but fully rested. The pillows were basically marshmallows with a degree in neck support.
The shower had the water pressure of a pressure washer and the temperature range of a NASA test chamber—in the best way. One minute I was rinsing off the day, the next I was rethinking my sins.
Now let’s talk about the pool. This gem of a pool was sparkling clean, perfectly heated, and gave strong “I’m on vacation even though I’m only 20 minutes from home” energy. I floated there for an hour, contemplating life’s mysteries, like why hotel towels are usually the size of postage stamps, except this hotel, and whether it’s socially acceptable to cannonball when you’re over 30 (spoiler: it absolutely is!)
Also, shoutout to the blackout curtains. When I closed those bad boys, the room turned into a cave so dark I may have traveled through time. I woke up unsure what day it was but extremely well-rested.
Would 100% stay again. Would 110% consider moving in. May have already named the pillows.

They accommodated us very well. We needed a handicapped person room and when it became available they moved us in , no problem.we were there almost two weeks. I enjoyed the buffet breakfast every morning. Other snacks were available for sale.Laundry room was available to use but you needed quarters to wash and dry. Staff was always available to help us. A little pricey but worth it. Right behind a Denny’s restaurant.

Came here due to an illness in the family. Staff was flexible in extending our staff many times. Room was clean & comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was professional and friendly. Jay at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Thank you.

The rooms are adequate for a Holiday Inn Express. The staff was very friendly and every interaction was pleasant. Breakfast was typical for a budget hotel, some hot food and plenty of options overall.
