I was a little frustrated when one employee said home depot don't sell and never before had an item I bought before.But I just ask other employee and he really was very helpful and took me where the item was.Apart that inconveniences, the mayority of the employees are very helpful and store have a everything organized!

This store is so backwards, no customer service, no follow through etc, I ordered cabinets through their design service, they messed up my order and after fighting with trying to get in touch with some one half my order has been cancelled from the factories, now I have to spend more to get cabinets from the online source since half of my order did process, no one calls back, no emails nothing, don’t use these people for your project they don’t care, it’s been 3 weeks of dealing with this and all I get is a runaround. This is not acceptable as now my kitchen renovation is on hold due to their lack of professionalism and just lazy people that don’t and won’t do their job, they say they are there to help, but don’t try as they won’t respond and when they do they say they can’t figure it out but will keep trying and weeks go by, it’s just a shame to get your money for them to do nothing, no one should pay any fees till the service is done and in full, go with the real cabinet makes, might be more money but they will actually stand behind their job

These guys will always have my business. They gained a ton of respect from me because they give special needs adults a shot at a job when so many in the area do not.

Great experience today with Joshua, Stephanie and Stacey and Customer Service . They were very helpful and helping me put my order together for appliances and finding the most budget friendly prices in a timely manner with patience.

Kip is the greatest employee there. She is always helpful when I need a hand finding an item or two.Store needs to work on check out issues. Coupons will throw some of the few cashiers. I will NOT use self checkout, so if you want to keep seeing loyal customers, the self checkout lane should go away.

Good luck trying to call this place I tried called 10 times in two days no one answers. Have a better chance talking to the irs. I just need to know if someone turned in my debit card.

I always find things I need from my home at the home Depot. I sometimes check online before going to the store and picking my items up to make sure they have the items I'm looking for in stock which they did. This store was well stocked and their employees are always helpful. I will definitely return to this location because there is no other home Depot within a 50 mi radius.

I could give no stars at all just for how bad the workers were. Lazy and unhelpful my father went in for pallets worth of underlayment and received no help in transporting it. Just to get help took several minutes and another several minutes to get to him again. Took it off the shelf and left him alone. What could have took 5 minutes to transport to the truck became 10 minutes just to put it all onto a buggy just for him to push it to the register. The cashier was very nice and cheerful and I bought healthy beautiful plants the only reasons I could think to give it two stars.

Was verbally and physically threatened by two delivery drivers. Would not leave when refused the delivery. Home Depot misrepresents who delivers for them….the information provided by Home Depot is a lie because the company we called said that they do not service Florida. We’re still waiting on Home Depot do reach out and resolve this. No company name or logo on the delivery truck. No one knows who delivers for Home Depot. These two are criminals and Home Depot doesn’t seem to care or do anything. “Edgar” is the name of the physically threatening individual. The shed that we bought, the Suncast Vista 7 x 7, appears to be a good shed, but we don't know for sure yet, as we can't put it together. The package, when delivered, was wrapped in cellophane, so the damage to the box was not noticed. Please see the attached photos. We were told our only option was to return it to the store (if we had a vehicle that would hold it, it wouldn't have had to be delivered) or contact the manufacturer and make a warranty claim. Now I still have to deal with them to get the plans for the shed in order to get the permit. Not looking forward to it.

*** Covid Update *** My recent pandemic experience at this location was so awesome I am compelled to write an update! I've used these folks for decades but recently used the app for the first time. I was doing a remodel of my Master Bath and needed a new toilet. My 1st, 2nd and 3rd choices were all backordered here and everywhere else because so many folks are doing DIY projects. I get that! HD promised to send me an email when what I wanted was in. What came next was seamless and quite typical. I started to receive progress emails and eventually got one that said my toilet was ready to be picked up. Now comes the great part. The last email said they were sensitive to Covid, I could use curbside pickup, and never go into the store. All I had to do was press a button on the email that said, "I'm at the store." I parked in a Curbside Pickup spot and pressed the button. A screen asked what kind of car I drove. Note it was 95 degrees outside. Thirty seconds later a young man jogged out. Are you Steven B? Yup. Please show me your ID. He jogged back into the store and quickly wheeled out my toilet and loaded it for me. No mean feet as it was very heavy and it was hot as hell out. No paperwork necessary and he handed me a receipt. I was at Curbside Pickup maybe four minutes! I've never had service from them that awesome in my life! They should be commended so That's what I'm doing!

I had ordered vertical blinds online for my grandmother and had my husband pick them up at the store. It was a stock item and showed there were 3 in stock online. My husband comes back with a box that was all taped up (probably a return item). I told him he should’ve refused the box at the store because now we need to check the contents and make sure everything is there. According to the mounting instructions it’s missing screws. This store needs to check their return items and make sure everything is suppose to be in there instead of putting it back on the self and assuming everything is ok. You pay full price for items, get home and only realize you don’t have everything you need. Complete waste of time!

I have an older version but not outdated or expired Veterans Affairs card. But because the older versions do not say “service-connected†they feel it is invalid to give their measly 10% discount! You cannot get the card that I have unless you are service-connected! Lowes it is
