“Although this is the Hotel's website...this review is for the dining.
However one may have found themselves in this pocket of existence, this restaurant is phenomenal! IFYKYK. Sometimes it can be quite crowded and the service may take a few extra minutes. Yet, the staff, the attention to detail. VERY well worth the wait. I as one, for years as a guest, of both track and hotel, have noticed that somehow the newer employees either know you...or, maybe, they are just that superb? The entire menu, breakfast, lunch/dinner. I've eaten them all. The chef's will occasionally come out to greet, check-in...but there's no need. Their work is art. You taste buds won't lie. You win a heart through the belly, and this is a spot just for that. Thank you, to the entire staff. Blessed to be here. You are the closest to heaven on Earth in central FL! And beyond!”

“Try the orange ice cream, it's outrageously good! Camp store and tram rides for Highlands Hammock State Park. Wide variety of stuff, if you forget something at home or need something quickly and don't want to drive all the way to Publix.”
