We couldn't find this location, so we called and the lady who answered the phone was very pleasant. She extended her cheerfulness to us when we talked about our dogs, which she has an 8 yr old just like ours❤️. We believe her name is Elise and she's an asset to this establishment. Treat her well, her " cheerful" Spirit is uplifting.

The reason I give a 3 is because of the large stain on the carpet and the microwave didn't work. We were not able to get a new one and we had dinners we needed to cook. We were staying because the water was not working at our new home yet.

It was OK. Not worth the cost, but it’s the best you’re going to get in the area.Rooms: My room was ok. No bugs, but the tub faucet ran constantly.Food & drinks: The breakfast included was good. Many options to choose from.

UPDATES FROM OWNER RESPONSE:So you are the type of owner that allow this type of behaviors. No doubt about it. I admit that I got angry that night with your front desk with good reasons. She lied to me twice. When I first check in everything was fine until I asked your front desk lady if my 2 rooms are next to each other like we requested because I had called in few days ahead about it and they did put that on the notes. She goes 'yes they are'. I said no they are not because the rooms numbers are really far apart. Then 2nd question I asked since the hotel was dead quiet and only 3 cars in parking lot late that night so if she can move our 2 rooms together. She claimed that no our hotel rooms are full and booked. Which another lies. I got more upset when she goes if you not happy you can cancel your booking. That was when I got even more upset because already late at night and we ready to rest not enough time to sit and deal with her being useless and she keep saying I am trying to help but frankly she tried not to help totally and made things worse then it already is. You think we would come back to that kind of service from your hotel that had put us through and also not refunding our money? Your hotel is a scammer and treat people horribly and deserve empty rooms with that type of behaviors. Period!Original Review:Every single hotel you walked into the first thing will be the front desk service. I have never seen any front desk person was so cruel, mean and evil like this lady. After we requested to have 2 rooms next together as we had called in few days ahead for our kids to be next to us. After the few back and forth with her she stated that you can cancel the booking if you not happy and my husband and I were discussing what to do if our kids few rooms away down the hall from us and decided we separated each other to be with our kids. We said to her, "It's fine, we keep the rooms the way it is." and the front desk lady just went "No, no sorry. You can't do that. I had canceled already and I can refuse the service and I give you 5 minutes to get out my hotel or the cops will." Right in front of our 3 kids. Our oldest will have the golf game early in the morning and she aware while we were there late like 9:30PM already ready for a good rest for the kids. She held up her cell phone and threatened that she calling the cops right now and we have to get out the hotel. I was so upset that this lady was plain cruel denied our stays on purpose and push us out. She made the decision of cancelled our booking without us authorized it. Now they even denied to refund us the money after we went around that night to find another hotel. THIS WAS THE MOST HORRIBLE HOTEL SERVICE I'VE EVER SEEN. CRUEL LADY TO BE AT FRONT DESK SERVICE. NEVER AGAIN HERE! These are the photos of her threating us to get out the hotel or she calling the cops on us.

The Staff was professional, customer friendly and alert to personal situations that required assistance apart of the usual hotel services. Hotel accommodations were exceptional and staff very helpful and accommodating to assist. Our trip would have ended in a disaster if not for their alertness and assistance. Kudos to their staff for stepping out. I highly recommend this hotel not only for the accommodations and location but for their staff. Amber, Elise and Lori will take care of all your hospitality needs and offer to further assist if needed. Great people make a great hotel! This is one of them!

Clean large rooms and large television and great channel selection. The front desk was very friendly and efficient. The location is dog friendly with easy walking areas that felt safe at all hours. A good value while passing through. There is an outdoor pool, but the hot tub is closed indefinitely per sign. The breakfast was a good continental breakfast with fresh biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and sausage and yogurt.Rooms: Large and clean with large television and very comfortable beds.Safety: I felt safe at all hours and a safe parking area.Food & drinks: Many restaurants and fast food close. Nice breakfast buffet that is free with milk coffee and juice.

I recently stayed at the hotel during a visit to Sebring for a race event. Unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The room was not up to cleanliness standards, with visible dust throughout and towels that were both smelly and had holes in them. Additionally, the absence of a bath mat was inconvenient.Furthermore, there was an unusual request from the front desk. We brought food and we ate at the dining area. The front desk lady at night provided us with a cloth and asked us to clean the tables ourselves after eating at the hotel's designated area. We interacted with multiple front desk employees, and unfortunately, none of them exhibited patience or hospitality.I believe there is room for improvement in terms of cleanliness and guest service. I hope this feedback can help the hotel enhance the guest experience.

Staff was awesome including housekeeping. This hotel needs work. Uninviting pool and deck, needs work. Dirty carpets hallways and room. Outside parking lot litter not being picked up. Otherwise good comfort stayRooms: Carpets need cleaning

We moved to Sebring and bought a house. Had to wait 2 weeks to go to settlement. So my wife, me and our large dog Mr Dwight stayed here. Was very comfortable room and everyone was very friendly.Rooms: Our room was large. King bed, couch, desk and chair. And 2 large screen TV's!!!Food & drinks: Lots of places to eat nearby.

The rooms were spacious, very clean, a nice place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. Free warm breakfast and good location. I will definitely stay there again if im in the area. Also room very affordable, got mine on priceline for $119.

My mother booked this room for us and we had a great time here when we were traveling in Florida. Loved the rooms, very spacious and comfortable for our family. I had no problems with the workers, and it was fairly easy to navigate. Location was perfect, a fair space away from my family member's house. The pool area was incredible. I will always recommend this establishment to my friends.Rooms: Very clean, modern-looking room. The wifi was stable so I could call people from home easily. The only minor problem was the mirror in the bathroom was a little dirty but I didn't mind it. I came here a couple months ago and loved my stay here.Noteworthy details: Extraordinary view from my room. I recommend La Quinta to all my friends and family when they travel. The location was perfect, tons of fun things to do around the area.

Update—— a kindly and sincere response received by the current manager. Unlike responses from former managers I have read; it was well received and appreciated. Thank you.Called about rate day before. It was overpriced but acceptable. Asked about semi truck and trailer parking as I was here for the race track with team trailer. Very pleasant lady informed me that all is well and no problem with truck and trailer and gave me the military rate.Arrived to check in, pulled into parking lot., and disaster. No way this parking lot has ever accommodated a semi truck and trailer.Discussed with front desk person on duty , who immediately took a very poor attitude toward me and my rig. Apparently she knows how to maneuver a big rig and I don’t. (not).After many complicated maneuvers I managed to get the rig into a spot against the curb and proceeded to check in. At check in the rate mysteriously increased to just shy of an additional $100 per night.Irritated I was, having driven all night, expecting a nice comfortable place to lay my head for a couple days at the track, and proceeded to voice my opinion about the change in rate. Not in an ugly way but most certainly pointedly. Without further discussion I was asked to “take my big truck and leave”.In all my many years of road warrior travels throughout the US and internationally; I have never had a hotel employee immediately form an ill opinion of myself or possibly what I do for a living. Not sure which but it was certainly one or the other or both.It was very apparent that upon first contact; I was not wanted there by this employee. Of course I will never be back to this hotel or any other La Quinta.Think twice about staying at this hotel if you are associated with the famous racetrack, you have big truck parking needs, want to avoid the possibility of an employee that is quick to form ill opinions, and have your rate changed on a whim.
