“Walked into the mattress firm store in Sebring, Florida out of the blue ,just to get an idea what mattresses were available and how much they would cost,,I was greeted by salesman Paul— He was absolutely excellent and took the time to go over half a dozen different bed types and options. He allowed me to try each bed and did not rush me at all although it was a Sunday evening and close to closing time- Paul was very professional and knowledgeable in the product lines carried by mattress firm & steered me in the right direction— I had many questions. & he answered them all ,providing all the details & options I was inquiring about. He explained in detail all the warranties & costs as well as the financing terms —Matress Firm has an excellent Employee in Paul—It was because of him satisfying my attention to detail that we closed the Deal & Set up the delivery”
