I've been a customer at this bank for nearly 10 years. The staff is friendly. They are always willing to help you if you have questions . Unfortunately I have been involved in quite a few data breaches and customer service has always caught anybody using my account wrongly, or shall I say trying to use my account!!

Every time I have called this week I get that they are all tied up and no one can answer the phone. Leave your number and we will call you back as soon as possible. I'm still waiting from last week when I called. Very Upset.
