if i could give this place 10 stars i would!!! i am so grateful this little spot exists. i am an avid amazon shopper, and it sure is convenient to have a place right here to take returns. i am more than happy to give them a few bucks for printing the labels as it would cost way more to drive 50 miles round trip to drop them off at no cost. i have always been treated with kindness and respect, and i have even scored some cool crocheted headbands in the past for a very good price. thanks so much for your service to our community, Pack n Ship n More!

It's a great place to ship packages with any carrier. You can drop off returns, and they close late. All the ladies there are friendly and helpful. I am pleased with them

“My recent experience with Pack n Ship n More unfortunately turned out to be very frustrating. I trusted them to send important documents via UPS, but from the beginning everything went wrong. There were unexpected delays for more than three weeks, lack of communication, they were unable to explain to me how international protocols work, it was my first time sending this type of shipment and I was not aware of this entire process and they were unable to inform me before sending it how it worked and for me to be able to make the decision of whether to send it or not, and in the end, the documents arrived late, causing serious inconveniences. I had to pay a ridiculous amount of customs taxes when taxes are not paid for personal documents. All of this was due to erroneous information put into the system here, which caused inconveniences with its delivery there. I would not recommend this agency to anyone who needs a reliable service. “I hope they improve their attention and processes to prevent other clients from going through the same thing.”

I have to say this lady went the extra Mile today . She was persistent for almost one hour. Saved me a trip to lake Wales or Okeechobee. Just to get UPS to send a shipping address sticker. She could have said sorry lady can't help you. If you ever need to mail anything they are #1 in service. Thanks again
