The staff is great however THEIR ABILITY TO COMMUNICATE ABOUT THEIR STOCK IS VERY POOR. IF THEY HAVE NONE, THEY DO NOT TELL YOU. ESPECIALLY WHEN SENT VIA ELECTRONICALLY FROM ANY DOCTOR MAYBE IT'S A NECESSITY. This is not the first time I had to call to check on a prescription only to find out they don't have it. Their other sites don't have it. Plus there is a wait. Hello let me know. I'm the one who is in need of the medication. I don't know what that protocol is but it needs to change. You need to do better Publix

2nd time used Publix. Was thinking of switching to publix. First 2 experience was questionable. Presented RX, said I will shop and was told ready in 30, came back in 30, not ready, said maybe 15 more. I said I will come backcame back 2 hours later and waited over 40 minutes in drive through. Not pleased

Jacob is Great! I had multiple prescriptions being sent in this week and some required additional input on my doctors behalf etc... I felt like a terrible customer calling so much and having to go back and forth between them and my doctor but he was truly the most pleasant person to deal with and EXTREMELY helpful! Thank you so much for making a rough week easier!

Worst Publix pharmacy I’ve ever had medication filled at. Staff is completely incompetent and RUDE. Medication is never ready and some how it takes hours even when you’re standing there in their face.

Worst Pharmacy I have ever been in. They can't fill a basic prescription if their life depends on it

Worst customer service ever. Six pharmacists in the room and I waited 40 minutes in the drive-through. I gave the sleepwalking technician behind the drive up window my credit card and my ID and she proceeded to ask me what my date of birth was and how I would be paying. Publix needs to crack the whip on these lazy employees

Pharmacy Personal are awful..... I don't even know how to explain the poor service provided at this location. The Pharmacist could use an education is manners and how she gets paid, key words "Customer Service". I have never felt welcomed or like I could ask them a question. My last Publix Pharmacist needs to come teach these people a lesson, just awful and Nasty.

This is the place to go for your flu vaccine. Just like when I got my Covid booster this spring, I registered on line and they took me right in at the time I arrived, so the wait was very short. The pharmacy staff was friendly, and efficient but wait, there's more, you'll get a money off coupon to use toward shopping in the store. Just review the problems I posted about Walgreens yesterday...you will understand that I know what I'm talking about....Thank you Publix...Thank you!!!

They get low quality generics and when you bring it to their attention they don’t listen, they get upset and hang up.

I love Publix with all of my heart, but not this one. The fried chicken is always stale and or soggy. Same goes for the prepped side or salads. I love the taboule but it's as if it has been sitting for to long. The south Sebring Publix is the best in town.

With the exception of some employees, most of the store staff are extremely off-putting. People working the deli come across rude and as if they have better things to do then serve customers. The chicken is almost always overcooked. The cashiers seem to hate their job and the baggers will put onions in the same bag as bakery items so they definitely need more training. Customer service is okay but not because they're friendly just because unlike a lot of the store personnel they're not curt or rude. The pharmacy is the worst. The pharmacist does not like talking to customers and will refuse to fill a prescription without notifying the customer. You could be the only one waiting for a prescription and it's always a minimum of 1 hour away. I came in there after having jaw surgery, in extreme pain, crying and begging them to please fill my medication and the pharmacist and young man at the counter said we don't do things that way here we fill prescriptions as they come in whether somebody is waiting for them or not. There was no one in the pharmacy area waiting and here I was fresh out of surgery and pleading with them (in writing as I was unable to speak due to surgery) and was still told... " nope you'll get your prescription in about an hour"! I've shopped Publix my whole life but I could not recommend this store to anyone. Shop Walmart across the street believe it or not you get better customer service there.
