More people in the waiting room than people working. When you speak with the people they're rude and incompetent. You have to make an appointment and wait for over 4 hours to just pick up a test kit. Once we get the sample we have to make another appointment to wait some more! It's 2024 and we can't do better than this? All while the workers walk around like the got all the time in the world. They get paid by the hour so they don't care at all how productive they are. No matter the quest, it's all the same. Terrible place. Would go anywhere before any Quest locations.

I left this place in tears! Had a horrible morning thanks to this location and its awful staff! My appointment was at 1 pm, and I got there right at 1 pm. I went to the kiosk since there were no humans checking people in. I tried signing in using my phone number, and I was unable to proceed when it asked for my insurance ID card because I didn't have it on me. I clicked the "help" button and a very loud voice said I could sit down and wait till my name was called. I waited 40 minutes. I saw someone who had come after me go in before me, so I told a white blonde lady with light eyes that I had been here first. She said she would go ask someone. She didn't come back for a while so I knocked on the door and I told her I had to get back to work and I had already been waiting for 40 minutes. She took me to room 5 and told a "Ms. Jackie"; that I complained and even said I called the kiosk "garbage" when I never said that. Ms. Jackie was rude to me from beginning to end. They attended me immediately but Jackie kept making passive aggressive comments and insulting my intelligence. I am a licensed attorney btw. Doesn't matter, she shouldn't treat anyone that way. Before I went to the bathroom for the urine test, she said "I'm sorry you're upset at me, but I wasn't the one who signed in." This was incredibly passive aggressive! She was blaming ME when it was their stupid kiosk that caused this whole mess! She didn't even try to make me feel better, I'm sure she could see that I was upset! But she didn't care and treated me like I was dumb. I expect an apology and she needs to be warned. I would have put her in her place but unlike her, I am respectful of people. Oh and that blonde nurse poked me really hard with the needle and it literally hurt like heck the entire time.

You might as well throw your name in a hat to see if your appointment is correct. They bumped me twice. You might as well go there early and set up an appointment yourself. Ridiculous

Michelle is always cordial and efficient extremely great at what she does. Blood tests with her are a zap and painless

As busy as this place gets the professionalism is outstanding, plus i was treated with the utmost respect and the staff listened to my concerns. Way to go Quest!

Walk in service was very fast. Friendly staff. Happy that you tell pt when test is not covered by your insurance. Had lab work @ quest in michigan
& was not informed medicare didnt cover it. Now have @ 241$ bill
